My professional career as a belly dance teacher and performer began in 1988, when I began performing regularly in the DC area and teaching weekly classes in Virginia. I continued working as a professional Oriental Dancer in the D.C. area’s Middle Eastern supper clubs until 2007; this experience brought authenticity to my performance and dance style. Because I've taught every week for over 25 years, I've become an expert in educating students in essential elements of dancing, even those with no background in dance or music. I welcome students with any level of experience and ability. I reserve the right to cancel class at any time and issue a refund, minus any fees. Terms are subject to change.
