I've been successfully teaching meditation and relaxation techniques for adults and children for the past 10 years. I have private clients I also teach publicly, in the Community Houses, Public Libraries, Schools and Yoga Centers. Based on the feedback I get from this program, this knowledge is clearly in need! The Programs format is designed to educate the general public on simple yet powerful tools to release the stress of daily life and to better understand the emotional, spiritual and mental connection to pain, stress or the disease process in the body. I have more than 15 years of experience in adult and children Psychology. Most of my time I spent teaching spiritual workshops and meditation. The sessions that I offer are more than just meditation! Energy Booster Exercises which stimulate the power of the brain stem to correct any physical, emotional or mental stress. 3. Meridian Stretching, promoting increased circulation of blood, oxygen and energy between the body and the brain and increases flexibility, balance and fitness 4. Vitality Breathing that helps restore the balance of the body, accumulating strength and energy and promotes mental clarity and focus. 5.
