Knife Skills with Andrew S.

I have been a University and college professor on and off over 17 years. I left the academy to do professional theatre work at the rank of associate professor. I am going back to teaching in Fall 2015, but in the interim, thought independent teaching might be interesting. I am a proficient teacher in all of the areas I have listed. As with most theatre professionals (especially actors) My experience with cooking is practical- I learned from industry people.
