I am always very happy to teach motivated students, especially around NYC! I’m available to teach lessons on clarinet, saxophone, and flute at all levels, as well as beginner piano and guitar. I've coached jazz, rock, and popular music ensembles; and designed my own curricula to teach jazz improvisation, funk & soul ensembles, instrument building, and basic acoustics. I've taught at Milton Academy, the Lycee Francais de New York in Manhattan, and at music camps in Maine, Massachusetts, and California. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Harvard University and a Master’s in Jazz Performance from the New England Conservatory. *** Specialties *** Clarinet/Saxophone/Flute instruction at all levels.
