About Me
- Graduated in 2006 with a BA in Music Performance/Jazz from the University of West Florida in Pensacola, FL.
- 6 years experience teaching electric bass (all styles)
- 3 years experience teaching guitar (all styles)
- Professional experience in Pensacola and Atlanta as a teacher, side man, band leader, orchestra member for multiple theatrical/musical productions, recording session musician, music copyist, and sound man.
Lesson Details
- to apply music fundamentals to their instrument, which include sight reading, ear training, music theory, and knowledge of their instrument
- proper technique
- correct posture and hand position
- how to be creative and expressive on their instrument
I expect my students to be able to provide the following: their own instrument, purchase of a method book, a tuner, and if at all possible be able to record the lesson if given at their home.

How To Sign Up
Review the TakeLessons teachers in your area. Find the teacher you like the best and either book online or call/email a TakeLessons Student Counselor to book your lessons. You will then choose a day and time that works best for you, select your lesson package and pay via credit or debit card to book your lessons.
After you have booked your lessons, your instructor will contact you within 1-2 days. This gives the instructor a chance to introduce him or herself, and make sure everything is set for your first lesson.
