Study Skills with Adam P.

I have a Master's in Teaching and was a certified teacher in North Carolina. The last 5 yrs I worked under the federal TRIO program helping at risk students get to college. I have designed and implemented numerous school programs focusing on college exploration, financial literacy, financial aid, SAT test prep, life skills, study skills, leadership/teamwork skills, job skills (interviews, resumes), etc. Basically, filling in all the gaps. Personally, I have a lot of experience in wellness. Besides being a Physical Education and Health teacher and ACE personal trainer, I have tried, and even thrived, in about every sport/physical activity imaginable: college football, half marathon at a 7 min pace, league rugby, jiu jitsu, paddle board, etc. I believe in a holistic approach to health: mind, body, and soul. I love helping people navigate through all the misinformation and obstacles in their lives to find their inner strength and eliminate whatever limitations they may have.
