*** Travel Equipment *** I can provide a drum set for drum lessons (Kick drum, hi hat and snare drum only) and a adult sized electric guitar for guitar lessons- doing an offsite lesson with a drum set will obviously add some time to the lesson. *** Specialties *** Pop, classic rock, hard rock, funk, top 40 I teach my students a solid foundation in guitar and drums that will make them well versed and versatile musicians. I teach all my students how to read rhythm music notation and I also offer them pitch/key/theory music notation instruction as well. I studied music in college as a music major for 3 years. For one of those years I received full time instruction from a Julliard graduate; Dr Fiske at Shasta College and received an A grade in his class. In addition to my formal college training I have been a practicing and performing musician for 20 years. I also have several years of experience with music recording software programs (Cubase, Pro Tools, Cakewalk, Reaper, Reason), MIDI programming and MIDI recording to create high quality music demos with high quality audio interfaces designed for what is now Music Industry common computer based music recording. I also offer quality instruction for the creative web and graphic design programs: Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Dreamweaver.
