Cameron is a musician, teacher, and worship leader. He recently moved from Anaheim, CA 9 years ago to achieve a Bachelors Degree in Commercial Music at Belmont University and now resides in Nashville, TN.

Since 2004 I have gigged, recorded, and wrote/ co-wrote music in Nashville, TN. When I graduated in 2008 I went on the road for a couple years with an artist named Dave Hunt when I returned from the road I wasn't quite sure what to do next. I decided that I might enjoy teaching so for the 4 years i have taught around 30-35 students a week and also teach high school music history and music theory. I simply use the college curriculum that I received and fine tune it for students from all levels of playing (basically like getting a college music lesson for much, much cheaper!)

I started my formal music education when I was in the third grade, taking classical piano lessons at my parents’ request. I progressed steadily but never felt truly connected to what I was doing. Two years later, I was introduced to pop piano music through the worship band at my church. Some of my earliest recollections involve me tinkering on an old upright piano at my grandparent's house in Albuquerque, NM. My parents signed me up for piano lessons in 1997. After a few years of basic training, I began to study classically under Juilliard graduate, Tonja Voorhees until 2008, when she retired. Throughout the years I have continued my training, studying under different jazz, blues, and theory teachers. I am currently taking Berklee College of Music courses online, and am working towards a Bachelors degree in Music.

It's about discovering your potential, and having fun doing it! Having played music for 25 years, and teaching for 12, I have experience as a performer, composer, and producer. I grew up playing cello before switching to guitar, and graduated from New England Conservatory of Music with a BA in jazz performance. My name is Jared.

I teach music lessons in Nashville, I teach students from ages 6 to 65.

I can teach drums, piano, guitar, bass and other instruments, for just about any style including pop, rock and classical.

I have Bachelor of Arts in Music from Arizona State University, where I specialized in Guitar performance. I'm a firm believer that playing music and learning an instrument should be fun, and I try to emphasize that in every lesson I teach. The curriculum that I use is entirely tailored to the student, based off of their needs and skill level, as well as the style of music they listen to. I have a simple approach to learning a new instrument, you get what you put into it.

Born and raised in Burley, Idaho, my parents purchased a piano from an auction for my sister and I when I was seven. After a family friend taught me my first scale, I played it non-stop. My parents both decided it was time to invest in lessons so I could learn to play at least more than one thing! With encouragement from my teacher, I began teaching piano lessons during my sophomore year of high school and I have loved it ever since. I have had a lot of experience, teaching children as young as five, as well as adults with no musical background.

In 2011, I graduated from Colorado Christian University with a bachelor's degree in Music Ministry. I have been classically trained and my favorite composers are Chopin and Debussy.
