I hold a Bachelors of Fine Arts from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, PA. With over 15 years of experience, in both piano and voice, I've had to opportunity to perform, both domestically and internationally, with such great acts as Peter Nero and The Philly Pops, The Philadelphia Symphony Orchestra, and many others. I served as lead singer, pianist, and co-songwriter for a number of independent bands covering numerous genres including, but not limited to, Jazz, Pop, Rock, Acoustic, and A Capella.

Since moving to Washington DC, I've immersed myself within the local music community playing a handful of group and solo acts. While in NYC, I worked developing curriculum for and teaching an after school music and theater class for under-served high school students in the Bronx, in addition to maintaining a private studio. I have a pretty musical background. My father is a bass teacher and was in the National Symphony Orchestra and my mother is a piano teacher and a elementary school music teacher. I have been taking music lessons since the age of 5 starting first with the piano, then violin at age 7, and switching my focus to viola at the age of 12. I went to Interlochen arts camp and was part of the American Youth Philharmonic before attending Shenandoah University to study Viola- Performance. I am currently in the Capital City Symphony and Washington Conservatory Orchestra and take lessons from a violist in the NSO.
