Michael has a lot of experience and is very knowledgeable in his field. He really helped my son with mallets. It was nice to find a percussion teacher who was knowledgeable of all the different percussion instruments and able to teach them all. In addition, his studio was very nice and well equipped.

For many years she has taught private and group music lessons to all ages and many varying styles of singing and instrumental music. Her lessons are unlike the ones she remembers from childhood; Jill's lessons are full of creativity, fun and excitement. It is amazing how students improve with each lesson. Jill brings more than just technique to the studio, she strives to find the best in each student and then concentrates on improving each individual's strengths and then delves into ways to correct the weaknesses.

Since Jill is a vocal soloist, instrumentalist, accompanist and director, she knows what it takes to prepare and rehearse and therefore she makes it clear which ...

One awesome teacher

Jill is one of the hidden jewels you hear people speak of; in Jill's case she is the hidden jewel when it comes to music teachers. Her never ceases to amaze in her abilities and there are many. I've seen her multitask a group of children during a performance, all playing different instruments simultaneously, without missing a note of her own piano playing. She's a born leader and teacher, a consummate musical artist. Everything she does is golden, truly! She was the first teacher who was able to teach me rhythm in my left hand, I'm really not musically inclined, yet she was able to teach me how to play the piano pressing me pass my own ability. It's nice to sit down and be able to play something at the piano instead of just wishing I could. When it comes to small children, she's a hoot and so patient, all the kids love and adore her. My own grandson took lessons from Jill and gain such confidence in his ability he is now learning to play the cello, he simply loves music. Jill instills confidence in children and adults. She has a 'yes you can' attitude and it flows into her students. She's a winner and a true gem. You'll not regret having Jill as a teacher.
