Patrick is a lifelong musician. As a child he used to beat on pots and pans with cooking utensils. Not much has changed, as those same pots and pans are still his favorite instrument. To date he has experience playing violin, piano, trumpet, guitar, bass, drums, pedal steel, sitar, tabla, lute, and cornetto. He enjoys playing all kinds of music from jazz to flamenco to country to heavy metal.

In addition to writing, recording and teaching, Patrick has toured the country with various musical acts, as well as toured as a stand-up comedian with a musical twist. He has also been featured on The Home Shopping Network for Esteban Guitars numerous times.

I am a professional teacher/studio musician/performer/producer with over 17 years of private teaching experience and a graduate of the University of Miami Studio Music and Jazz program in 2002 specializing in the guitar.

I am available to teach guitar(acoustic, electric, classical) for all levels, ages, and styles(pop to folk, rock to soul, world to classical) in English, Spanish and Japanese.

Other subjects taught include bass guitar, keyboard, harmonium, classical percussion, music theory, composition(all styles from pop to classical), ear training, and studio production/engineering/mixing.

I am a guitarist, composer and teacher specializing in classical guitar and Latin American music. I have loved music for all of my life and my primary expression of that love is playing guitar. I began my study of music at the age of thirteen when I taught myself how to play folk, rock and blues guitar. Though, to be honest, I didn't just teach myself. I had many friends who played guitar who would show me songs or correct mistakes in the songs I had learned from the internet. I remember thinking that music had a special ability to bring people together, and I became determined to understand what exactly it was that gave music that power. Originally from Mexico City, Mexico. Guitarist Guillermo O. start playing guitar at the age of nine. By age 15 he was performing punk and rock music. At age 17 he was accepted to the "Escuela Nacional De Musica" (UNAM) where he studied classical guitar. He has performed with famous comedian Eugenio Dervez in the biggest Stadium in Mexico. Guillermo also composed the music for several documentaries, and short movies. In 2003 he attended Berklee College of Music and graduated with a degree in Jazz Composition and Performance. Guillermo also composed the music for the original musical play "Beyond the Journey" . It was performed as a stage reading on 42nd Street in New York, NY in 2010. Guillermo has been working as a music teacher since 2005. He teaches private instruction and group and ensemble lessons as well as composition, harmony, sight reading and music theory.

Knowing at the age of 5 that music was my life, by being brought up surrounded by praise music and gospel, my early exposure to music helped me to find every Instrument and style just my thing! I wanted to play everything and learn all aspects of music. I started with singing in the children's choir and then developed into piano and music theory. At the age of 12 I began to learn classical guitar, and at 15 took on various styles like Flamenco, Jazz and Rock. I graduated from High School having played in the school band achieving recognition In national Institutions Like IAJE (International Association for Jazz Education) and state band finals. Jason received his Bachelor of Music from UMKC Music Conservatory and went on to receive his Masters Degree in Music Performance at the Rudi E Scheidt School of Music where he studied with Lily Afshar. Jason has won several competitions including the "Brownsville Guitar Ensemble Competition" and has performed at various festivals including the Piccolo Spoleto festival in Charleston, South Carolina. He currently received an Artist Diploma from SUNY Purchase with Frederic Hand. Jason is passionate about teaching guitar to all ages. He has received Suzuki guitar training at the Frank Longay Conservatory of Guitar and is qualified to teach the method to children as young as three years old and older.
Jason is equally as proficient in Rock/Metal as he is in Classical and World music styles. He has studied rock music at various institutes such as the "National Guitar Workshop" in New Milford Connecticut.

Hello! Music has been my passion for all of my life, and teaching has been an important part of that passion. Private Lessons for me began at age 11, when I started studying with the great Charles Russello. I have been playing in bands since I was a youngster, starting a rock band with my pals when I was 14. During high school I became interested in jazz, so I started playing in my school's jazz-rock band, where I learned how to fit in with a large big band. Around this time I moved from writing simple rock songs to composing jazz harmonies and rhythms, and I learned how to read and write music. I went to college at Colgate Universtiy, where I studied compositions and took lessons from Rick Balestra, an amazing jazz guitarist in the upstate New York area.
