Hello and welcome! I currently offer lessons for Guitar, Voice, Piano, and Music Production.

Music is my passion. It's one of those great things in the world that you wouldn't want to be with out.
During my journey with the guitar I have had a chance to study with virtuoso players such as Paul Gilbert, Chris Broderick from Megadeath, Dan Gilbert from M.I, and many others. I have recorded with Doug Pinnick from Kings X and have played with one of the biggest Christian bands in Los Angeles playing for thousands of people as a member of "Press Play."

In addition, I hold a degree from one of the best contemporary guitar schools in the world. At Musicians institute there was a wonderful opportunity to study and play with some of the best teachers and students studying every style of music. I have been teaching piano to students of all ages since 1992, both to individual students and groups. I taught with the Music Learning Center of Michigan. I have been a music teacher and choir director for a number of years as well. For eight years I have played the organ and piano for Church worship.

Born in Crawford, MS, Joshua serves as one of the leading music clinicians, music production and music engineering experts in Houston, Texas. Classically trained, vocally and instrumentally, he not only brings the technicality of musical excellence to operations but also embraces a sense of urgency and understanding to each of his students. He enjoys teaching his students a variety of styles including jazz, r&b, gospel, soul, rock, classical, and country.

Joshua performs regularly nationally on a number of instruments. These include Trumpet, Tuba, Baritone, French Horn, Drums (Trap Set), Bass Guitar, Acoustic Guitar, Hammond Organ, Piano and a number of percussion instruments. I just graduated from the Boston Conservatory in Massachusetts after attending the High School for the Performing and Visual Arts in Houston, Texas. I have been around artists and performers most of my life. Not only do I have experience in vocal technique and choir abilities, but also I can help with interpretation and performance issues. I might not have the biggest repertoire collection but I can help you to be the singer you want to be.

Baritone, Bryan holds a bachelor of music in classical voice from the Manhattan School of Music and a Master of Arts degree from New York University with a concentration in vocal jazz and studio music.

At 15 he was given his first Frank Sinatra record, which he would listen to for hours, studying the nuances and phrasing. In the fall of 1995, Bryan entered the Manhattan School of Music in NYC, where he majored in classical voice. During his freshman year, Bryan performed several times on New York’s restaurant row, including Don’t Tell Mamas and Danny’s Skylight Room, where he thrilled audiences with his own style and voice accompanied by his newly formed jazz trio.

In the summer of 1997, Bryan accepted an offer from the Glenn Miller Orchestra to begin touring. The tour took him all over the US, Canada, the Hawaiian Islands and Japan. I am a Music EC-12 Certified Educator with a degree from The University of St. Thomas, working as General Music Teacher for Stafford MSD. My teaching experience covers many schools and programs in the Houston area, including student teaching for several HISD schools as well as working with arts enrichment programs. My life is driven with music, sharing with the community. As an Instructor I know that I can spread the fun, creativity, and expression of music no matter what the instrument. My background in music is mostly vocal, working in and with choirs my entire life. I have also spread my abilities to work with Bass Guitar, Acoustic Guitar, Piano, and many more. With seven years of performance experience, I have held title and supporting roles in opera, musical theater, and scenes productions. My roles include Tony from West Side Story, Aeneas from Dido and Aeneas, Charlie from The Family Reunion, Blind from Die Fledermaus, Oliver Warbucks from Annie, and my high school premier role as Prince Charming from Roger and Hammerstein's Cinderella. I have also participated in choral performances, pop shows, and even as a judge in several local talent shows.
I am currently a senior at Houston Baptist University studying vocal performance. My first private music lessons were in piano, but I soon discovered that my true medium of expression is singing. Under the suggestion of my elementary school music teacher, I was referred to try out with the local boys choir and sang with the organization for two years.

As a teacher, Tramane believes that you must go beyond the call of duty to make sure that your job is done well by developing an open access to you, receive valuable information and resources in your musical career. IHe also known to refer his students for job opportunities in the music field. He also says it is a rewarding feeling when he teaches someone and help them get started on their musical journey.

I've loved music since I was able to walk. When I was 5 or 6, I would listen to my mother's stereo system, with Jim Croce playing on the 8-Track tape deck.....(ok, so I'm aging myself a little bit). I would lay on the floor in between the speakers which were turned inward toward my ears. I could lay there for hours, tapping my toes to "Bad Bad Leroy Brown", "Roller Derby Queen", "You Don't Mess Around with Jim", and many others. I would also listen to the Beatles, Seargent Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band", and "Revolution" and be completely taken away. I didn't realize it then, but what captivated me were the songs that were written to tell stories, and the music that brought the stories to life. As I grew into my early teens, I got into Kiss, Alice Cooper, Rush, Ted Nugent, and Jimi Hendrix. (His version of "All Along the Watch Tower" was much better than Bob Dylan's original version)
