Subjects Taught Singing
About Me
I believe that everyone has the ability to sing, even the student with the most vocal faults. Will everyone that I teach go on to sing at the Metropolitan Opera, American Idol, or any other world famous music hall? Realistically speaking, the answer is no. However, I believe that with proper training, patience, and practice everyone can enjoy the art of singing within their own level of giftedness.
I take that time to listen to a student's instrument and lesson by lesson determine what is the best course of positive action that I and the student need to take in order to achieve the best results not just for today but for the longterm future. I want my students to be enjoy singing, sing excellently, but also have longevity with their voices.
Voice study requires discipline, patience, and the desire to be better everyday! There is a good deal of effort that the student must carry on their own in that they must practice what they have been taught and come prepared to lessons....

Jesse P, Topnotch
I am very happy I started lessons with Dr McBride. He passes on his knowledge and experience in a straightforward gentle, and professional manner. In a short time I have noted positive progress and improvement from his pearls of wisdom and assigned vocal exercises. Recommended without any reservation!
