Mr. "A.D." is a professional vocalist with a Bachelors degree in Musical Theater and vocal jazz studies. With 11 years of experience as a baritone and vocal-percussionist for The Chapter 6 Vocal Band and The Symphonic Pops Consortium, this instructor has performed in over 1,100 shows across the U.S. and Canada. He currently serves as business manager for soul-singer, Mr. Brian Owens.

This vocalist-turned-producer loves to teach kids to discover the strength and expression in their own voices. He also enjoys coaching teens on how to avoid the business mistakes that are common among working musicians. Much emphasis is given to improving typical problems that most singers have; to include but not limited to posture, proper breathing, tonal quality (in all ranges), technique; such as diction for singing. Work on developing upper register is employed, as well as a solid tonal quality in mid and lower ranges. Vocal exercises will be tailored for each individual. Most of the pedagogical training will be from the Bel Canto (Italian school, translated: Beautiful Singing)

I'm a classically trained soprano with a Bachelor's in Voice Performance from the University of Michigan and a Master's in Voice from the University of Louisville, where I was supported by a full teaching fellowship. I have appeared in concerts, recitals, operas, and musicals across the country and still maintain an active performance and audition schedule.
