About Me
Playing guitar has surpassed being a hobby for me, it has become a way of life. Every day I practice and write music, trying to further develop my individual style. I have been a working musician since 2005. In that time I have played with bands doing folk, rock, classic rock, blues, jazz, musicals, reggae, punk, funk, covers and much more! I learned there are two main aspects of being a successful guitar player: Listening actively, and practicing regularly. I began teaching in 2006, and have successfully taught 100's of students. My goal as an instructor: I help you overcome the difficulties of learning guitar and push you in the direction you want, using songs and exercises to help get you there.

About Me
I have been making music for over 15 years. I have a diverse background. I started out sampling, and sequencing all types of music back in the 90's. I made dance music, hiphop, RnB, rock, etc. I was more of a producer than performer then. Then I decided to go to school and get a degree in music. I went to Cal State San Marcos and obtained my bachelors in music. I developed into a fingerstyle guitarist while I was there. I also learned how to play the piano while I was there. But I concentrated on the acoustic guitar.

Melissa T,
Love it!
Francesca is a wonderful teacher. My daughter Jorden is ADD and sometimes has a difficult time staying on task. Francesca's style of teaching not only engages Jorden but manages to hold her attention the entire lesson. I'm so greatful to watch Jorden not only having fun but able to retain what she's learning.

Catherine E,
A Wonderful Person; An Amazing Teacher
Francesca is fantastic, let me just begin with that!
Francesca focuses on the art, and the soul of the music; she treats music as a passionate pursuit of creativity and expression. She manages to push me and challenge my boundaries, all while letting me take control of my own learning process. I have always felt that music is all encompassing, and if you let it, it will permeate every aspect of your life. Francesca has proven this and even taken the concept to a new level; every lesson I feel like we explore not just music, but life in general. Her wealth of experience and obvious skill, paired with her enthusiasm and fantastic teaching style, make her easily the best teacher I have ever had.

About Me
Over the course of my musical career I have had the opportunity to learn from many musicians. From University Professors to Street Corner Musicians, I have gathered much knowledge on how to play music. Applying that knowledge to my guitar playing has opened up many doors of opportunity and has made my life very interesting. One of my talents is to take complicated ideas and convey them in easy to understand ideas for my students. I now wish to share all my knowledge and experiences with you to enjoy a life of music.
Students of mine have been able to create their own music to record and perform. Ensembles that I have directed have performed at many local venues. I have also invited students to join me at my performances to help them become more confident in their playing.
I have been teaching guitar professionally since 2001and performing professionally since 1994.
