I made my Broadway debut with the original cast of Disney & Cameron Mackintosh’s hit musical Mary Poppins and became Broadway's second Mary, flying over the heads and into the hearts of Broadway audiences for over 100 performances.  I left that production to join the original cast of the highly acclaimed Broadway revival of Ragtime.  

I continue to cross the country representing Walt Disney Productions in national concert appearances. I have also has appeared on The Today Show, The View, the 2007 Tony Awards Show, and the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. I have sung for the annual Broadway on Broadway Concert in Times Square, Broadway Sings for Toys and the Fred Ebb Awards.   Recently, I was seen at The Maltz Jupiter Theatre as Hope in Anything Goes, and in the title role of the musical, Gypsy, in the premiere production of the new North Shore Music Theatre, as Mary Poppins in the  televised 2010 IKEA Thanksgiving Day Parade and the 2011 Walt Disney World Christmas...

I have been a voice teacher for over twenty- five years. My background includes ten years of classical training with Maestro Julio Berrocal as well as vocal training through the Feldekrais approach with Marcy Lindhiemer. In acting I have studied with renowned Stanislavsky scholar Sonia Moore and Master acting teacher of the Strasberg Method, Marcia Haufrecht. I believe we all have something distinctive that can be developed and expressed through the voice. I work to help the student discover their individual and unique sound. I am a graduate student in classical music studies at NYU. I am trained in opera, jazz, and musical theater styles. My mission is to present a healthy, natural, and powerful sound for all voice types and music styles.

I also have instructed beginner and intermediate levels of alto saxophone. I was a tutor for my university, helping students with Musicianship (sight singing melodies and rhythms). I feel that anyone can become a skilled musician if they put forth the time and effort needed.

As a graduate of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy and New School University in New York City, I've performed in national tours and regional theatres in AZ, IN, OH, NY, NJ, TX, SC, and VA. I grew up just south of Nashville, TN and have been singing for most of my life. I began as a boy soprano in the choirs at church, then youth choir, middle school choirs and shows. Then during high school, where I was really bit with the singing bug, I was in every musical I could audition for, and I sang in the select choir for all four years. My early artistic career focused on classical flute and voice at Western Kentucky University. I was lucky enough to perform throughout North America, Japan and Russia, both as a flutist and vocalist.
