My name is J and I have been playing the piano since Elementary school and the guitar since High School. A piano upbringing instilled in me the core basics of music and music theory. Which eventually led me to teaching myself the guitar; which led to writing my own songs; which led to opening up all different kinds of music genres.

Pardon my candor but as a child my parents forced me to learn the piano and I hated it at the time. I guess it was a rebellious stage! Now, as an adult, I am most grateful to my parents for making me stick with it.

My teaching style is simple: FUN with FUNdamentals! I will help my students conquer their fears of the myth that learning music is difficult and convoluted. We will take it slow, step-by-step, and allow the student to progress naturally.

Hey guys, my name is Gerson born and raised in Irving, Tx I am from the DFW area. I was introduce to drums at a very young age in my early pre-teen life. I've been playing drums for over eight years right now, I grew up playing at my church and seeing myself grow there. As the years gone by I was introduce to a great global drummer in the Christian market name Keith Banks. Were I went to learn more about drums at Christ For The Nations Institute. Then after that I played and travel with many worship bands around the DFW area and around the US. After that I went to study music theory and jazz, at North Lake College were it help me grow even more as musician. I was thought by a great jazz drummer name Gene Glover who played in the 1 o-clock bad at North Texas and many more jazz artist. Right now I am playing drums at my home church Iglesia Envagelica Bethel in Irving Tx, and currently touring and playing drums for Denis Campos.

I am a retired orchestra teacher. My experience of 27 years was spent in the Dallas ISD. For 20 of those years I was involved with elementary aged students. Beginning students is my specialty. Gettting those first positions and practice habits is my focus. I have worked with the more advanced student and am able to coach the student into higher playing capabilities. I started with music at the age of 6 singing in church. Then at 10 piano was added to the mix. When I was able to take class in school, I started violin. I continued to sing in choir at church and orchestra at school. When the time came to decide for college it was most definitely violin that I would concentrate. My parents were not able to do more than occassionally assist in monetary contributions so I worked two jobs and carried a full load of college hours. Violinist, Pianist, Teacher and Conductor

I graduated December 2010 from Texas Tech University. I have my Bachelor of Music with a Teacher’s Certification in the area of strings and orchestral studies. My principle instrument is the violin and studied under Dr. John H. Gilbert as a part of my degree. I continued secondary piano studies and lessons with Dr. Carla D. Cash at Texas Tech University.

In the Fall of 2010, I completed my degree by doing a full time student teaching at Martin High School in Arlington, Texas. During my time teaching at Martin HS, the orchestra competed in TMEA String Honor Orchestra, where they placed third in the finals. This is the highest placement in this competition they have received since the mid-1980s. During my time in Arlington, I sat as a violin judge for region full orchestra and region string orchestra. Jason T. started his illustrious performing career at the tender age of five in day camp volunteering to sing “The Happy Wanderer” a capella for Parent’s Day.

Mounting productions in his garage as a child, he convinced his friends to be in the show with only his father as a reluctant audience member who was toiling away at his work bench. Combine these garage productions with performances on the back patio and it was clear Jason always loved to put on a show.

In the sixth grade, he performed “The Impossible Dream” from “Man of La Mancha” with his red cape pinned to his shirt and wielding his mighty sword assembled from a yard stick and tin foil. At this point, his career in entertainment was firmly embedded in his heart and soul.

Double majoring in Vocal Performance and Education in college, Jason honed his craft performing in operas and jazz vocal groups all the while learning the business side of entertainment.

Hello fellow lovers of music. My name is Daniel. I have been playing the drums for 13 years, and I love playing and teaching. I am currently in 2 bands. Sire is my jazz fusion/ rock band, and the other is called Thought and is a metal band. Whether you are new to the drums or have been playing for a while, i can help you!

I have been studying music in many forms for most of my life! I started taking piano lessons at the age of 8 and voice lessons at the age of 15. I attended Southeastern Louisiana University where I earned a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Perfomance in the studio of Scharmal Schrock. On the SLU stage I perfomed in serveral operas and musicals, including The Music Man (Marian), The Sound of Music (Maria), A Little Night Music (Charlotte) and Dido and Aeneas (Second Woman). With my classical training, I am able to adapt to many styles that interest me- including musical theatre, jazz, and pop.

After graduation I moved to New York City where I spent over 6 years working with various acting/singing coaches and studying with acclaimed voice teacher Judy Hages. I performed 2 off broadway cabarets at The Duplex Cabaret Theatre. I also performed in Pittsburgh's Flash Opera production of Dido and Aeneas (Second Woman/First Witch).

Art began his musical career at the early age of 14, inspired by the sounds of Kirk Hammett, Randy Rhoads, Slash, and Zakk Wylde. He studied classical guitar at the Dallas School of Performing Arts and performed in a number of recitals, weddings, and restaurants, before heading out to Hollywood for two rigorous years of study at Musicians Institute.

During his time at MI, Art focused on guitar performance, song writing, music business, sight-reading, theory, and ear training. Art has hundreds of gigs as well as dozens of studio sessions under his belt, and his playing has been featured in numerous music libraries as well as ads for Mary Kay and CNN.

In 2007, while in California, Art’s first band, “Black Rose Junction” was nominated for a “Best Alternative or Pop Band Award” by All Access Magazine. I would first like to say that I was born into a musical family. My Dad (choir director) and five older brothers were not only the majority of the choir in our large Catholic church, but Dad had a "tame" Frank Sinatra singing style. My mother played harmonica and piano by ear so acquiring musical intellects spread quickly to all of us. Most of my siblings sang and played instruments as we had a piano, guitar, organ, harmonica, trumpet, clarinet and a recorder to use as we pleased, with or without a music teacher.

I started singing and playing the piano at age four, started piano lessons at age six and self-taught myself guitar around 2nd or 3rd grade. Our family's music teacher told my parents, "She plays by ear, just let her go." Consequently, with consistent encouragement from my oldest sister (a professional organist for 40+ years), I learned piano and music theory while I was learning to read English.
