Hello, my name is Ontario A. and teaching music geared toward the 21st century is my passion. By bridging classical techniques and jazz traditions with modern pop sounds heard on radio and television today, I help students achieve their goals of playing the music they love to hear. I specialize in coaching beginners through the steps necessary to become lifelong independent learners and performers.

It is my desire to help people at any stage of life to overcome learning road blocks and time management obstacles to increase their level of musicianship. Although, I work with all ages, I find particular enjoyment in helping adults who have deferred their musical aspirations due to life's responsibilities and now seek to fulfill their musical passions.

Brian discovered his talent and passion for teaching while still in college, and has been teaching guitar, piano and bass guitar in Southern California for over 20 years. Since arriving to Los Angeles, Tanisha has built a solid career providing artist development services to professional entertainers, recording artists and actors. Her services Include vocal coaching, piano lessons, music theory, songwriting, performance development, media and stage training. Tanisha is also an accomplished songwriter. In addition to teaching music, Tanisha has enjoyed a successful career in the entertainment industry working with top tier performers such as Chaka Khan, The Black Eyed Peas, Ben Vereen and Babyface to name a few. Stefani's musical talents were first observed at the age of 5, when she began private study of piano and music theory. She played the alto saxophone for a brief period of 4 years during junior high and early high school, but then moved on to join the school choir at age 16. Stefani earned a Bachelor of Arts in Musical Theatre at the University of Tulsa, with special studies in jazz vocals, ear training, and theory. She performed in many musicals, plays, and recitals at TU, and during each summer, she worked as a cast member of Light Opera Oklahoma. I am a professional teacher/studio musician/performer/producer with over 17 years of private teaching experience and a graduate of the University of Miami Studio Music and Jazz program in 2002 specializing in the guitar.

I am available to teach guitar(acoustic, electric, classical) for all levels, ages, and styles(pop to folk, rock to soul, world to classical) in English, Spanish and Japanese.

I graduated from Chapman University in 2010 with 2 degrees in music, Music Education and Music Performance on French horn. After 10 years of teaching and performing in New York City, I moved to Los Angeles to be near family.
I can't wait to share the knowledge I've learned (from Juilliard and MSM faculty, Broadway musical directors and coaches) with my students.

My career is varied and special:
*I taught theater to elementary kids in Harlem
*I taught Voice and Piano at a performing arts school in Connecticut and with Little Maestros (NYC's premiere infant and toddler music classes)
*I performed regionally and internationally with major opera companies and regional theaters.

I studied Music Education at SDSU, Musical Theater at NYU and received a Bachelor of Music degree in Voice from Manhattan School of Music. I teach beginning to intermediate piano with students starting as young as 5.

I Love music, and I love people. Originally from Maryland, in the Washington, D.C. suburbs, guitarist and composer Gabriel began his musical explorations on the piano as a child, before teaching himself guitar as a teenager. While attending Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA Gabe began formal lessons in jazz guitar. During his education, Gabe was a member of several jazz improvisational groups, a big band orchestra, and he also played in the pit orchestra for musical productions. After graduating cum laude with a degree in Music, Gabe made his way to Chicago to work on a Masters in Jazz Studies at DePaul University. While at DePaul Gabe continued to play and record in several jazz combos and big bands, while also finding the time to jam at some of the great blues bars in the city.
