Let's see, first and foremost I'm a music lover of the highest order. Whether it's jazz, rock, indie, classical, hip-hop or country, if it's good music, I love it. I take great pride in the fact that when I go out for a run and put my ipod on shuffle, I could end up listening to just about anything; from the Beatles to the Arcade Fire, Miles Davis, Igor Stravinsky, Stephen Sondheim, Phish, Kanye West or Johny Cash.

I grew up obsessively listening to everything i could get my hands on, and began playing guitar at the age of 11. That was cut short, though, when the next year I almost lost my middle finger on my left hand in an ice skating incident. It took 5 years for me to regain the strength and motion, during which time I was forced to give up guitar playing altogether. I never lost my passion for music, though, and in my heart i never stopped dreaming about what it would be like to be a professional musician. Dave B. discovered the guitar at age 14 and he has been sharing his knowledge for as long as he has been learning. In 17 years of playing, he has received instruction from many talented teachers, played in many bands, and has performed at many great venues and music festivals across the Northeast. He graduated Suma Cum Laude from Berklee College of Music in 2007 with a degree in Songwriting and Music Education.

Dave offers a well-rounded curriculum to his students, developed from years of experience as a student, performer, and a music educator. In addition to his core strengths as a guitarist and general music teacher, Dave also has a basic knowledge and understanding of bass and voice theories. Students of all ages will enjoy his genuine enthusiasm and positive attitude and will benefit from his broad knowledge base. Dave believes that music is a life long gift and he strives to lead his students to that discovery themselves.

George has been playing guitar and bass since 1994, teaching since 1999. He has been playing the drums and piano since 2000 and has been teaching since 2005. He is a graduate of the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston. He also has a Masters in Music from the illustrious Duquesne University. He has played and recorded on numerous recording sessions, has played and recorded internationally and maintains a steady pulse in the local music scene. George is also a professional recording engineer, so while not in a lesson he is usually recording, editing or mixing for other clients.

Kellan T. is a bassist/guitarist/multi-instrumentalist and cum laude graduate of Berklee College of Music. He grew up in Stow, Massachusetts and began playing music at age 12. In addition, he is also a producer, composer, engineer, and singer. He's studied with legends Matt Garrison, Lincoln Goines, and Oscar Stagnaro, and now plays all over the Boston area in many groups. He has taught lessons on multiple instruments for many years over many levels and age groups.

I've been a full time professional musician for 13+ years and have toured all over the world performing with music icons like Chacka Khan, Beyonce, and many more. I have a lot of experience with many different styles of music and I love sharing this gift with anyone who's interested. My teaching philosophy is simple: Get students playing music! It's much easier to understand the nuts and bolts of music when put into the context of the music you like.

This education prepared Vivek for several professional engagements, including recording and performing with 10-time GRAMMY winner Paquito D'Rivera, the DAX Bullfighting Festival (France), the International New Year's Festival (Taiwan), backing American Idol finalist John Stevens with the Beantown Swing Orchestra, performing at the International Trademark Convention, performing at the Caribbean Jazz Festival, entertaining the heads of Kodak Corporation, and many more.

My name is Ryan T, and I am a guitarist and vocalist with a degree in Music Education major from Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. I have been teaching guitar, music theory, and songwriting lessons to students of all ages for the past seven years.
