About Me
I have been interested and involved in music since I was a child. At age 9 I began writing songs on my mother's organ and a computer writing program. At age 12 I began reading music and playing violin in my elementary school orchestra. At age 14 I began taking private piano lessons from Clarice Hargrove who teachers here in Nashville. I participated in the choir in Jr. high school and high school. I attended Hume Fogg high school and participated in the orchestra and the choir. I attended Vanderbilt's Blair School of Music for private violin lesson in high school. Hume Fogg high school teamed up with MLK regularly to play large orchestral pieces such as Beethoven's fifth symphony and also Vivaldi's concertos.
I graduated from Hume Fogg in 1999. I attended New York University's Steinhardt School of Music in Manhattan. I majored in Music Composition and Theory. I was taught to analyze the theory of classical composers such as Bach and also modern composers such as Philip Glass and...
