Hello! My name is JEN. I was born in Miami and raised in Marathon, Florida. At the age of 3 I began my journey as a musician learning to sing,play the guitar, drums, and piano. Throughout high school, I was at the top of the ranks in marching band playing first chair saxophone for 4 years. After graduation, I made the Florida Keys my permanent home and quickly became involved in the local music scene.
In 1997 I began my career as a professional singer and musician, playing both covers and originals to thousands of fans around the world. I caught the eye of the Carter family with Spectra Music in 2000 and the doors began to open. My songwriting has earned several awards from Billboard Music, Peoples Choice and ASCAP. Over the past decade, I have had the opportunity to perform and record with artists including Nick Carter, 38 special, Rick Derringer, Aaron Carter, O-Town, Lindsey Pagano, Clarence Clemmons of the E Street Band, Asia, AJ Mclean, and many more.
More doors opened in 2007 when I signed on with long time friend and writing partner Nick Carter of the Backstreet Boys as a writer,guitarist,vocalist and solo artist. Since then, I have also had the opportunity to co-write and record with Grammy nominated and Grammy award winning producers such as Dre (Andre Harris) and Vidal Davis,Swift and Bruce Wayne of Midi Mafia,Brent Kuntzle of One Republic, which I co wrote "Falling in Love again" with, and many others.
Currently living in the Nashville TN area, I have been holding private vocal,writing, and recording sessions in my home studio, also songwriting for both up and coming/major artists as well as working in TV/Film. I have taken a significant interest in developing young talent from the ground up. I am committed and looking forward to helping you reach your personal vocal and writing goals...JEN

I have been taking private music lessons since age 8 and graduated from Berklee College of Music in May 2011. I have always worked as a musician whether its been teaching, playing in theater pit bands, playing in clubs, or making tracks for T.V. This gives you, as the student, a phenomenal resource of different musical styles and careers to learn about! Studying with me is a blast! A versatile musician and teacher, Nashville-born musician James is dedicated to music through education, performance and personal growth. James has a diverse background in the musical arts. He has served as violinist and principal violist in many orchestras and ensembles. As a vocalist, James has sung in opera, oratorio, master-classes and recitals as a countertenor soloist. He has served as director of the Clarksville Youth Orchestra at Austin Peay State University and currently serves as the Director of Music Ministries for Cloyd's Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Mt. Juliet, TN. He maintains a private studio in Nashville, TN and is on the faculty of the Allegro School of Music.
James has studied with many experts in vocal science and pedagogy and has had the wonderful opportunity to study with Linda Ferrara, D. Lance Respess, Richard Miller, world-class early music expert Nancy Zylstra and twentieth-century vocal music expert Sharon Mabry. He has had masterclasses with the Metropolitan Opera's Bodo Igesz, leading French-diction coach Elvia Pucinelli, vocal pedagogue Richard Miller, and Thomas King, director of the AIMS Gratz program. As a violinist and violist, James has studied with music-education specialist Sara Johnson, Francis Elliot, Nashville Recording-Artist Randall Olson, and concert violinist Stefan Petrescu.
As an educator, he has served on the faculties of the Cumberland Arts Institute, W.O. Smith School of Music, Murfreesboro City School System, School of the Arts at Austin Peay State University and the East Nashville School of Music. He has taught hundreds of students in various formats ranging from one-on-one studio settings to entire youth symphony orchestras. He has been active as an adjudicator, participant, and member of various competitions and education-related conventions. He also maintains membership with various educational organizations such as the American String Teacher’s Association, Music Educator’s National Conference, and Early Music America.
In addition to working with and coaching Grammy award-winning artists, Mr. W's students have auditioned, been selected and have performed in the Tennessee Mid-State and All-State Choir and Orchestra Festivals. His students have also performed in several professional and amateur performances across the Southeast. They have also gone on to major in music earning tens of thousands of dollars in scholarships from prestigious conservatories and colleges across the country. Many of his students have become professional musicians across many genres, educators themselves, or satisfied amateur hobbyists.

Missy is a multi-talented vocalist and vocal coach experienced in guitar and piano. Since graduating from world-renowned Berklee College of Music in 2003, Missy has performed live with bands (San Diego Indie Music Fest, CBGB's) and as a solo·acoustic artist across the country, as well as teaching private lessons in voice, piano, and guitar. Graduating as a Professional Music Major, Missy focused on Music Business and Songwriting and uses this background·in addition to Music Theory to help·her students to become well-rounded musicians. As a professional musician, Missy has worked as a back-up vocalist (Nashville Star/ American Idol Kristin Macnamara, Ashlee Hewitt), acoustic guitarist (Katie Armiger, Cold River Records), demo-singer, and a contracted songwriter (Megatraxx, LA). Missy studied under top-notch vocal coach, Mark Baxter (Aerosmith, Goo Goo Dolls, Journey) and utilizes Baxter's techniques in conjunction with her own to help singers of all levels and styles.

Stephanie J. graduated with a Masters of Art in Teaching in Music Education from Indiana University in 2002. She also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Vocal Performance from the University of West Florida. Stephanie enjoyed singing with The Indiana University Opera and The African American Choral Ensemble, during her graduate work. She has performed the role of Gretel in the opera Hansel and Gretel and has performed Mendelssohn’s Elijah at Carnegie Hall with vocal solos under the direction of world renowned baritone Sherill Milnes. Stephanie has performed in such musicals as Sweeney Todd, Hello Dolly, Showboat, Lil' Abner and many more. Her current students can be seen in lead roles in their high school productions, as well as in community theatre.
Stephanie is currently an adjunct professor in the Voice Department at the School of Music at Middle Tennessee State University and is a former music educator in Murfreesboro City Schools and Rutherford County Schools. Stephanie maintains a voice studio of 20 students year round in Murfreesboro, TN. She is a member of the International award-winning TuneTown Show Chorus, and a member of NATS the National Association of Teachers of Singing. She has taught all ages, from babies in Music with Mommie classes to the maturing voice. Stephanie feels blessed to be able to do what she loves on a daily basis as a profession. Her passion and joy is teaching her students how to properly use their voices so they can find the artist within.

I am a working artist/songwriter with placements on Nickelodeon, NBC, Rockband and international radio airplay. I graduated from Belmont University in 2009 with a BA in Commercial Voice-emphasis in music business. I am currently the co-owner of The Recording Republic here in Nashville, TN where my partner and I write/produce music and help develop artists. I have been teaching voice, piano, theory, performance and songwriting on and off for the past 5 years and love every second of it. I Can't wait to meet you and see what goals we can reach together!
