Music Performing is all about being in the moment and enjoying it. Lessons are tailored to the individual needs of the student. As a seasoned performer as a solo artist with my own band and different orchestras throughout New York City and Long Island, I can show you the skills needed to be a confident performer whether you are preparing for a live performance or audition.

I am a guitarist/composer/educator who holds a M.A. Jazz Performance degree from the Aaron Copeland School of Music at Queens College. I also have a B.A. Music degree with a concentration in classical guitar performance from Buffalo State College in my hometown of Buffalo, NY. However, most of my training and experience comes from playing many different styles of music with many brilliant musicians on the scenes of Buffalo and New York.

I offer my students 3 recitals a year in some very nice halls around New York, where they would get a chance to perform their music in front of an audience of friends and family.
Performing is a great way to see as a student what you do well and what you can improve in. Each performance gains a level of experience that can not be gain by just playing for yourself. Through this experience you will learn what it takes to get better as a musician.
Jason is a wonderful person who loves teaching and has been doing so since he was a teenager. Jason is a graduate from Manhattan School of Music where he received both his Bachelors and Masters degrees in Classical Piano Performance. Throughout his studies there he was a student of Nina Svetlanova as a scholarship student. Jason has received many awards, has won piano competitions, and has given numerous performances around the globe. As a teacher he has helped many students to win competitions and be accepted into top music schools in New York.
