I believe in the power of music to move people and as a form of self expression. Whether you are a hobbyist or a career musician I can help fill in all the holes you may have and provide you with insight into what it takes to become proficient on your instrument or just compose songs. Whether it is in regards to technique or theory and composition, playing a musical instrument is so much more than stringing a few notes together. It is a life long endeavor which re-enforces self discipline, motivation, time management, and finding one's self through expression of their inner person.

Teaching is a privilege and responsibility. As a guitarist I strive to give my best at every performance and lesson. I instill the same qualities that have opened doors for me in my students. I teach students to think for themselves on their instruments and how to apply what we cover in our lessons to their day to day lives and playing experiences. From the largest stages to solo settings I draw on my twenty years of playing music and share the insights I've learned along the way. Below is my bio:
As the eldest of four children I began violin at age eight and began playing guitar at thirteen. I was self taught on guitar until beginning private lessons at age sixteen. I entered into high school and played guitar in jazz ensemble all four years.
