I'm a small town, Wyoming native and ventured to Boston, MA, where I received my bachelor of Fine Arts at the world renown Berklee College of Music. At Berklee, I studied vocal performance, songwriting and music business and became one of the premier vocalists on campus, regularly singing in the prestigious "Singer's Showcase" each year. Quickly after graduating, I was able to tour the United States and Canada in the national touring company of the Broadway smash musical, RENT. Since re-locating to the Southern California area, I've been sharing what I've learned during my career with students, performing in numerous musicals, venues and vocal groups, as well as honing my craft as a singer/songwriter. My song, "Drive", garnered honorable mention from the John Lennon Songwriting ...

Piano
Very professional and patient

Ms Olsen has been giving my daughter piano lessons for a year. She comes to our home and is very professional, timely and patient. My daughter has made great progression with her piano, she looks forward to her lessons and practices without me having to remind her. It's so convenient that she comes to our house, and she communicate with me . I would highly recommend her.

Voice Has Never Been Better

In my now four years with her, Ms. Olsen has been an amazing, kind, and awesome teacher to have and work with. If it wasn't for her, my voice wouldn't sound as beautiful as it would have sounded without her teaching me. Going from classical songs to Italian songs to now modern/pop songs, my voice has gone through many different techniques to help my singing become better, which it has. Overall, I have learned a bunch from Ms. Olsen and I wouldn't want a different teacher either way. I am really happy my mother asked me if I wanted to take voice lesson. Thank you Ms. Olsen! :)

Singing
A shining star

Cymbaline Olsen is a shining star. Her talent and energy is boundless. Her ability to calmly listen, to sculpt, and to mold vocalists of all ages, ranges and abilities is second to none. Many acclaimed vocalists have minimal strengths in terms of "coaching-up" less competent vocalists. Cymbaline, however, is a natural teacher. She is a rare talent in that regard. Cymbaline's strength is teaching and performance. Her expertise in music theory, vocal phrasing and vocal scales is extraordinary. Cymbaline can teach you that Yes...you Can Sing....And Yes, you will!
I highly recommend Cymbaline for your Vocal Lessons.

There are many approaches to acting out there, but one constant is that of learning to be in touch with your character. Acting lessons can help you learn methods to take character study step by step, allowing you to open yourself up to free-flowing, improvisational acting, where you feel like you are just "being" the character. This in addition to scene study techniques, vocal diction, character research and development, and other tools, will help you improve your craft one step at a time.

About Eulis

Hello! Thanks for visiting my profile. Allow me to tell you a bit about myself: I have been performing as a musician for about 20 years and acting since I was a small boy. I started my musical education as a woodwind player and settled in to the wonderful world of singing over time. Music has opened me up to so many opportunities from touring the world to performing in marvelous concert halls and working with some of today's most revered artists, as well as giving me the opportunity to expand my performance through acting in various plays, musicals, television, and film. Performing has been my salvation. It has been a best friend and constant source of joy, and I share this gift with others so that it might offer them the same. After 10 years of teaching, I have new experiences to

I highly recommend Eulis. I'm an experienced singer in the middle of an album project, and I was able to take away some huge tips I was able to put into practice immediately. His ears are incredibly sensitive and can hear what's going on with you in world class form. Highly recommend!!!

I could not recommend a better teacher and person in Eulis. His kind spirit, patient demeanor, and gifted voice provides any student with a strong example of what a professional musician looks like. What most people need is someone who doesn't just paint by the numbers but who is able to assess your goals, talents and desires and match it with just the right program; you'll progress quickly and enjoy every minute of the effort. Because of his vast experience, breadth of skills and years of singing, Eulis provides the kind of musical insights that help you find out who you are and discover or refine your voice. Thanks, Eulis for all the great work we've done together and I look forward to more!

Before we get to Eulis, let’s talk me ;) I am 18 years old, and until about a month ago I had not a bit of experience in singing. At all! YOLO though, so I got online and did the searches, and immediately found Eulis. I read he had some experience performing with Disney and he had some videos of himself singing. I was drawn in by his talent and apparent, very genuine love for voice and music, just as you probably were, in that you are taking the time to read his reviews! Anyways, let me just fill you in to how much more there is to Eulis. Right off the bat, Eulis is an extremely comfortable spirit who gives off a very sincere eagerness to help you in the journey to reaching your vocal potential. Every lesson I have had, I am surprised at how easy it is to develop a skill which forces so much vulnerability from those who try to master it. Eulis creates a completely safe and fun environment in his studio were you can take risks and play with music and your voice. I feel I have his complete dedication and attention in every minute of a lesson, and even through some assignments he gives me to complete independently. Also guys, improvement is fast under Eulis’s direction. In lessons he teaches to condition the entire performer. In other words, equal focus is split between the physicality and techniques of singing and the connection to emotions in music. The combination makes you feel more like a pro than you ever thought you would! Honestly, I could not be more confident that Eulis has the talent to bring out the best of my own. Just book your first lesson to see what I mean. Happy singing!

I've been teaching acting to many different age groups for over 7 years. I have also directed, and written for the stage as well. While I use many different acting techniques, much of what I do is centered around objective/action work. In other words, "What does your character need, and how are they going to get it." My philosophy and style is to give my students a whole lot of information and exercises so that even if one concept is confusing they are still thriving in another.

About Jackson

Hello! I am a classically trained actor with my Bachelors of Fine Arts from Carnegie Mellon University (The oldest degree awarding acting program in the country.) In addition to that, I am also a graduate of the Musical Theater program from the Orange County School of the Arts (OCSA). From a young age I knew I wanted to teach as well as perform and that is exactly what I have done. In addition to working on many productions in California over the past 7+ years, I have also been teaching. Some students request help with an audition for a performing arts school like OCSA, or for a professional show. Others simply want to improve their public speaking or improvisational skills. And even some parents have requested lessons for themselves to gain a better understanding of their child’s ...

"Acting is about honesty. If you can fake that, you've got it made!" For children and beginners we'll learn body and vocal warm-ups, short monologues and memorization techniques, and exploring all the fun stuff our bodies are capable of. After that we move into the basics of truth telling, touching on Stanislavsky and Meisner techniques. If and when your foundation is solid, we'll sharpen your toolbox, your audition technique, and talk shop about college, casting, agents, and performing for the camera.

About Morgan

Hi! My name is Morgan M. and I have been acting for 18 years, with the last 7 years as a professional member of SAG-AFTRA. I've studied in academic and professional settings, performed in theater, musical theater, film, television, and commercials, and worked with children as young as 7 to begin forming the foundational approach to acting that can be used both on stage and off. I love acting because I love to laugh, play, and just have lots and lots of fun!!
