I graduated from Grove City College in May 2012 with a Bachelor of Music in Music Education, concentration in flute. I am the music teacher at Arundel Bay Christian Academy, a ministry of Riverdale Baptist Church. I teach Preschool - 8th grade general music classes, as well as flute and piano lessons. I also serve as the director of the elementary play and the musical director of the middle school musical.
As a teacher, it is my goal to reach every student in unique ways, so that they may realize their potential and develop a passion for music. I hope to help students discover that music may exist as a hobby, but is also a gift that lasts a lifetime.

Glen began playing the guitar when he was 14 years of age. While making a summer visit to his uncle’s house in Kansas, he began doodling on his uncle’s guitar. The fall that followed his summer visit he enrolled in a guitar class at his school and never looked back. He fell in love with the instrument and has been playing ever since. Moving from the Midwest to east coast he did not meet new friends right away and spent many hours playing his guitar after school.
Upon graduating high school in 1982 he attended Prince George’s Community College where he studied with Fred Karns who was the musical director for The John F. I have extensive experience teaching students of all ages attain their goals of learning to play the guitar. I graduated from the University of Maryland Baltimore County with a degree in Music with a Concentration in Recording Engineering. I played guitar in several musical ensembles while in school and recorded many of those performances. I use recording technology in order to help my students hear and enjoy their progress.

Steve is originally from the Binghamton, NY area and began studying drums at the age of 12 with local jazz musician Tony Monforte. He participated in the All State Orchestra and was placed on the Pro-Mark Honor Roll for young, up-and-coming drummers. Steve received a Bachelors of Music in Jazz Studies from Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY where he studied with Gordon Stout, Steve Brown, and Robert Bridge. I was graduated from the Peabody Conservatory with a Piano Major and a Piano Teaching Certificate, and through my world-class teachers, I can trace my musical education lineage, directly to Mozart, Liszt, Haydn, Chopin, Mendelssohn and Beethoven. Over several decades, I have taught more than 3,000 beginning and advanced students, a number of whom have gone on to earn piano performance scholarships from prestigious conservatories, music schools and universities.
Beginners quickly gain confidence to perform in public, learn to sight-read and to retain in long-term memory, lengthy and difficult compositions, and they perform in recital, within less than a year.

I had always been a part of music. My father played trumpet, my mother could play guitar and carry a tune. They believed music was an important part of life so they started me on piano at 5 years old. And I’ve been playing that ever since. I started learning to sing in my middle school chorus when I was 11 years old. I really liked it and I liked it more when I would sing my mother and father’s favorite songs and see them smile. So I listened to a lot of singers and vocalists that they liked and learned by emulating them and applying what I was learning in chorus. Adrienne is a native of Detroit, who recently graduated with a Master's Degree in Opera from the University of Maryland Opera Studio. Before pursuing that degree, she graduated with honors from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor's degree in Vocal Performance and a Teaching Certificate in K-12 Vocal Music.
