Hrant's interests range from the solo cello repertoire to chamber music, teaching, and orchestral playing. As a teacher he has been a faculty member at Yale School of Music, 92nd Y, Summertrios Music Festival, and has held master classes at Yale and the William Blount-Slawson Competition. He has recently performed with Mark Morris Dance Group, Houston Symphony, Montgomery Symphony Orchestra, Chris Botti’s Gala Concert at the Tilles Center. Hrant, together with violinist Benjamin Sung and pianist Jihye Chang are founding members of the Arsenal Trio. Their recent performances have been at the ClefWorks Chamber Music Festival, The University of Louisville New Music Festival, and Gregory Singer Concert Series in New York.

I have been playing for about 35 years and teaching music and guitar for 25 years. I have a Bachelor of Music in Jazz and Classical guitar. I've taught at the University level and currently maintain a professional studio in Arlington, Virginia. I am very well versed in many different styles of music including, Rock, Blues, Jazz, Classical and Suzuki guitar. Students who decide to sign up with me, will have a lesson plan, a strategy for meeting their musical goals and will enjoy themselves in the process.

I hold a Bachelors of Fine Arts from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, PA. With over 15 years of experience, in both piano and voice, I've had to opportunity to perform, both domestically and internationally, with such great acts as Peter Nero and The Philly Pops, The Philadelphia Symphony Orchestra, and many others. I served as lead singer, pianist, and co-songwriter for a number of independent bands covering numerous genres including, but not limited to, Jazz, Pop, Rock, Acoustic, and A Capella.

Since moving to Washington DC, I've immersed myself within the local music community playing a handful of group and solo acts. My musical life began during the "folk boom" of the 1960's. I began songwriting and performing during my high school years. Later I was a member of a folk-rock band called The Bean Angels. We preformed and recorded in the Iowa City, Iowa area. Later I attended Montana State University where I studied music education. My training included: piano skills, music theory, music history, aural perception, conducting, and vocal pedagogy. I have several decades experience in teaching. I have taught guitar, piano, voice, and ukulele, and have directed a children's choir.

I have a pretty musical background. My father is a bass teacher and was in the National Symphony Orchestra and my mother is a piano teacher and a elementary school music teacher. I have been taking music lessons since the age of 5 starting first with the piano, then violin at age 7, and switching my focus to viola at the age of 12. I went to Interlochen arts camp and was part of the American Youth Philharmonic before attending Shenandoah University to study Viola- Performance. I am currently in the Capital City Symphony and Washington Conservatory Orchestra and take lessons from a violist in the NSO.

Miles H. was born in Bogota, Colombia, but raised in Annapolis, MD. Early in life he began to take classical piano lessons, but after 9 years, and certain events in high school, guitar became his instrument of choice. He then went on to graduate from Berklee College of Music with a Bachelor's Degree in Professional Music. During his time at Berklee he began to play in two bands, Michaela Kaser and the Naughty Drop, and Jess Ross. Both acts have allowed Miles to play in venues all around the Boston/Cambridge area.

I was a piano major at UNI and received a B.A. in English with a minor in music. I taught music for several years in Iowa and Pennsylvania. I have an M.A. in Reading, which has been invaluable in analyzing learning styles and teaching to each student's strengths. I have been teaching piano for over twenty five years and I'm also active in church music.

Keith is a seasoned drummer, Grammy Award winner as well as an Emmy award winning media producer; with a high degree of artistic and technical experience. He has over thirty five years on-stage experience performing, developing and managing international artists. Edvinas M. is widely regarded as one of Europe’s top emerging young pianists, one whose extensive repertory, solid technique and musical expression have led him to perform throughout Europe and North America.

Starting July, 2012, Edvinas served as a Jury and Board member of the Salzburg Festival and a Board member of Mahler Philharmoniker in Vienna, Austria. His upcoming 2013 performances include a performance of Beethoven’s Second Piano Concerto at the National Gallery in Washington, chamber and solo performances at Carnegie Hall, concert tours in Europe and South America, among others.

Recent performances include recitals of Mozart and Schubert music at the Mozart-Schubert Festival in January of 2013, hosted by the Austrian Embassy in Washington and produced by the Embassy Series.
