My Background:
I have been singing since the age of four! I am a native of Miami Beach Florida. I started performing in church and school where my passion for performing were developed. Having come from such a background I was privileged with a well rounded musical tastes, from Gospel in church Classical in school, and Reggae, Pop, Rock, and R&B from her parents. In performing in contests and local shows I learned a lot about stage presence and can share that with my students as well. I earned my bachelor's in Studio Music and Jazz Voice and the University of Miami as well as a Minor in Music Business. At UM I had the opportunity to study with critically acclaimed Jazz musicians and artists such as Kevin Mahogany, Kurt Elling and John Secada. Dirk T’s love for music began at a young age. He received private music lessons from the age of ten and his interest in music only grew from there. I am incredibly active in several music professional organizations including FBA, FMEA/FSMA, MENC, IBA, and IAAE, as well as being an alum of Mu Phi Epsilon, a National Honorary Music Fraternity.

I was honored to be nominated each year while teaching at Ainger for the Charlotte County Teacher of the Year and was selected as the 2004 Wal-Mart Teacher of the Year for Charlotte County. This honor comes from student nominations that are sent in and was awarded $1000 to purchase supplies for my program.

I am Vocal Coach but I also have a massive amount of experience under my belt from singing with Rock bands across the U.S., Canada and Latin America. With four wonderful years of musical teaching experience, I share my gifts and talents with those who too want to express themselves through music. I believe music is worldwide language and so do not intend to stifle any students individual style or sound with technique. Instead I allow the student to take the lessons and techniques learned and together we find ways to adapt to that style so that their best 'musical picture' is heard.
Apart from teaching, I enjoy singing at my own gigs, doing backgrounds for other artists, and working on new music for production in the studio. I have produced my debut album in 2007 and have released two new singles marketed to the Caribbean/reggae/latin genre. I have directed elementary and middle school choirs and led the musicianship of musicals.
I believe if a student has their talent, dream, and enthusiasm packed in their backpack...then they are ready to start lessons.

Lorna is a music teacher who has been teaching voice and piano for years. She is a graduate of Florida International University where she earned a Bachelor degree in Music Education. She is lots of fun. Lorna is also a professional singer who sings several genres, which includes opera, jazz, R&B, gospel, pop and music theatre. A student can expect to grow and advance in their instrument of choice while they enjoy learning with Lorna.

Lucian W is an alumnus of Berklee College of Music in Boston and former faculty member of the Hartford Conservatory. His vocal studies have been with Jacqueline Jarrett and David Baker in Connecticut, Jane Ellison at Loyola University in Montreal, noted operatic tenor Carmine Gagliardi in New York City, and Gina Moretta (whose students have included Gloria Estefan and Jon Secada) in Miami. He studied privately with world famous jazz guitarists George Benson and Chuck Wayne and has had a full time performing career of several decades as a guitarist, pianist, vocalist, bassist, arranger and orchestra leader.
Lucian believes that by sharing his enjoyment of making music with his students, he can give them confidence in other areas. That is because, in order to make music, they must go through a process of physical discovery through practice. They are then empowered by experiencing the connections between inspiration, work, and pleasure.

I was born in England and raised in Miami, Florida. I began taking piano lessons from her mother when she was three years old and began formal piano instruction at the age of four through the Suzuki method. Until I went to college, I was under the tutelage of piano teachers primarily trained from the National Conservatory of Havana, which shaped my musical development and overall style. I studied at the University of Miami's, School of Music's Preparatory Program for 5 years before attending Xavier University of Louisiana on a full music scholarship. From Xavier, I earned a Bachelors of Music in Piano performance and was awarded the Sister Elise Sisson Award for excellence in Music; the highest honor awarded from the Xavier's school of music. I also studied music management at Georgia State University. Born in Chile, Alejandro has two different bachelor degrees; one in music education from Universidad de Concecpción and another in vocal performance from Universidad de Chile. In the USA he earned a Master’s degree in Vocal Performance from the University of South Florida and is currently enrolled in the Master of Science Degree for Music Education at Florida International University. Since early in life Alejandro was attracted to classical music, especially vocal, choral and piano. His first solo performance as a tenor was at the age of 14 in his hometown church. Since then he has pursued excellence in his interpretation of different vocal styles and languages like English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Latin. Alejandro also works as a music minister in his church where he trains and leads children choirs, adult choir, vocal soloists, and piano players.
