About Me
Born in the cradle of jazz New Orleans, LA, the 28 year old pianist, trumpeter, and composer Terence is a musical force to be reckoned with. He has performed with some heavyweights of jazz and r&b over the years. A 2001 graduate of N.O.C.C.A (New Orleans Center for the Creative Arts) he was able to study with great educators like the late great Clyde Kerr Jr., Peter Martin, and Kent Jordan. He is alumni of the Louis Armstrong Summer Jazz Camp in New Orleans, LA where he studied and taught alongside saxophonist Edward "Kidd" Jordan, trumpeter Marlon Jordan, and composer Roger Dickerson. After earning his Bachelors of Music degree from Grambling State University Terence went on to perform and teach in the DFW area. Terence has worked with children through various summer camps, YMCA, music schools, and The Children’s Courtyard Kindermusik program.
