The Flamenco Guitar is one of the most beautiful instruments to hear. Having an undeniable Spanish decent, it paints a picture of love, war, happiness, and sorrow on a canvas of earthy tones. Flamenco Guitar instructions should cover the basics of chords, progressions, and techniques with exercieses that help you learn flamenco guitar scales and improvization. Your instructor should also teach you how to read flamenco guitar tabs.

I am a 32 year old guitarist. I've been writing and playing original rock music for about 10 years.
Right now I am looking to stretch my abilities and add some theory to my practice. I'm mainly interested in flamenco style.
I currently cannot sight read.

— D. C. in Cincinnati, OHMy son would like to take electric guitar lessons. He took lessons last year. He got discouraged because he never learned songs just chords. Do you teach songs? — J. P. in Jamaica, NYto give a brief history of my playing; I've been playing guitar for three years, and bass guitar for six years before that, though I rarely play bass anymore and just stick to regular guitar. I have both an electric and nylon string guitar. It's only recently that I started to get into the art of flamenco guitar, though due to a physical disability I am not sure if I can perform the challenging fingerwork that is required to play it. What I would like to do if possible is to set up a lesson...
