I am a 26 year old drummer with 17 years of experience spanning all genre's and styles of music. Countless hours of stage performance with bands. A love, drive and passion for music and drumming you won't find in any other instructor! Multiple studio recordings both behind the mixing board and behind the drum set. 7 years of teaching experience, realizing the importance of setting a unique curriculum for each student tailored to fit each individual's goals and interests. I have been involved in bands ever since middle school, starting with rock, and moving on to perform in country bands, hip-hop performances, indie rock bands, and progressive rock bands. A strong knowledge of jazz techniques and music theory as well as the ability to read drum sheet music make me a perfect instructor for any student.

My name is Beau. The bass guitar is a great passion of mine and I am excited to share my knowledge and experience with others. I am eager to teach as well as continue my own personal journey as a musician. Initially self-taught, I attended McNally Smith College of Music in St. Paul, MN where I earned a degree in Bass Performance studying under Terry Burns, Gary Raynor, Jay Young, Jeff Bailey, and Charles Fletcher.

I have been performing professionally in various original and cover/variety/wedding bands for over 6 years. I also have extensive studio performance experience constructing and recording bass lines of many different styles.

I am the weekly bass player for the contemporary and traditional worship services at St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church, and have also played bass in musical productions of Footloose and Godspell. People know me for being passionate, energetic, patient, and friendly.

Mark H. has been a professional teacher, musician, and singer for over 20 years. He has taught Voice, Guitar, Acting, Bass Guitar, & Music Theory to students of all ages in various settings ranging from private lessons to college classrooms. He is a fun, experienced, passionate teacher willing to work with students of all levels from beginners to professionals. Mark absolutely loves helping all his students achieve their individual goals.

Mark has performed in musical groups that have played locally and toured nationally. He has opened for national recording artists such as Eddie Money, Blackfoot, Kenny Wayne Shepard, Molly Hatchet, and Shooting Star (to name just a few). He has extensive songwriting experience and has composed original songs for various local bands. He has also produced musical scores for theatrical productions at the University of Minnesota, Harmon Place Players, and the Rhombus Theater Company.

I have been playing, writing and recording music for over sixteen years. I hold a Bachelor's degree in music production from McNally Smith College of Music in St Paul, MN.I am available to teach guitar, bass, and voice with an emphasis on creativity. My specialty is looking at the bigger picture of music, taking the technical skill you acquire on your instrument and using that as a tool for composition, improvisation and performance.

A love of music began in the third grade. I started on a silver metal clarinet and have not stopped playing. I am a musician, composer, arranger and performer. I hold a B.A. in music and have taught in the schools for 22 years. I bring extensive knowledge and humor to my teaching. I enjoy working with all age levels and pride myself on being intensely positive.

Hey! My name is Sheena and I have been teaching lessons for about 6 years. I went to St Cloud State University for 2 years for music education, with saxophone being my major instrument. Now I am currently a student at Mcnally Smith College of Music for my Bachelors in Guitar Performance. I have been playing guitar for about 10 years now and have played shows all around the Twin Cities area. I can also play quite a few other instruments.
I am experienced in recording, composing and producing and have been on a few different albums playing guitar.
I am experienced in the music field which I believe is important to be as a teacher. In my lessons it will be very laid back but productive at the same time. I will find a way of teaching that is best for the student and will help them achieve their goals of playing. Lessons will be fun and practicing will not feel like homework!

I have been playing drums for 12 years, and been singing since childhood. I am currently a senior at McNally Smith college of music, working on finishing a Bachelor's degree in Music Production. I have performed with country, Latin, funk, hip-hop, jazz, and rock bands in a variety of rolls, and am well versed in many instruments and styles. Currently I am working with a hip-hop/funk group, a country group, and a nine-piece rock band called The Human Empire that I am very proud of.

In addition to my ongoing musical studies, I have been teaching individual and group lessons for a little over 10 years. The largest group that I ever taught at once consisted of more than 60 students!

Originally from the Milwaukee area, drummer David K. began learning the drumset when he was 12. He took lessons from the beginning and didn't stop until he graduated from college with a Bachelors degree in Music; with an emphasis on Recording Technology. After college David started teaching drum and percussion lessons. He also performed and ran sound for bands in south-eastern Wisconsin. In 2001, David moved to the Twin Cities, where he has been performing, recording and releasing albums with various bands.
He teaches drums out of his in-home recording studio.
