Sharon knew at a very young age that the arts were her life and doesn't remember a time when she wasn't singing, dancing and acting. She began her professional career at the age of seven years old and has performed at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center and numerous New York nightclubs. Her love of music extended to playing the piano and she is a versatile musician with a strong foundation in the classical method that really rocks!!
Sharon grew up in Brooklyn, NY and has trained with some of New York City's premier voice, acting and music teachers. She just recently moved to the Boston area.

I am one of those individuals for whom teaching is just something that I have to do. I started giving music lessons sometime in the 80’s and have loved working with all levels of skill and experience. My students say that I am patient, adaptive and encouraging, committed to making music fun.

I have a Masters of Music from New England Conservatory in Jazz Piano and am comfortable and fluent in a number of musical styles, including pop, rock, gospel, traditional hymnody, jazz, and R&B. Although I love and study classical music, it is not something I teach at this point.

Danilo is a multi-instrumentalist originally from Long Island, New York and currently based out of Boston. He has been involved in many successful projects along the east coast. Danilo is a current member of Full Tang and Debo Band. He has also been a member of internationally acclaimed Afrobeat group The Superpowers and had toured extensively playing percussion with indie-rock band Rubblebucket.

Danilo has studied classical trumpet performance at the New England Conservatory of Music with members of the Boston Symphony Orchestra as well as percussion and drums with other esteemed faculty members (Rakalam Bob Moses, Jamey Haddad). A student of Yumi Hwang-Williams, Sally O'Reilly, Joey Corpus, and Mark Lakirovich, Rachel holds a Diploma in violin from Denver School of the Arts, and was most recently a student at Longy School of Music in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She has played under the direction of noted conductors David Zinman, Julius Rudel, and Michael Stern at the Aspen Music Festival, James DePriest at the Las Vegas Music Festival, and, most recently, Benjamin Zander of the Boston Philharmonic. Though he is only 24, Bob J has been playing drums professionally for close to a decade. He has a B.M. from the New England Conservatory and a M.M. from McGill University in jazz performance. Valued for his versatility and strong sense of groove, he is quickly becoming one of the most in-demand sideman in the greater Boston area. His growing reputation in the Northeast has lead to performances with jazz legends such as Lee Kontiz and Dave Holland, as well as an international tour with a big band featuring George Garzone and Lenny Pickett. He also has a strong connection with the piano and writes music for various musical projects. He is currently a member of the house band at the Art Bar in Cambridge and leads his own group in NYC, Boston, and Montreal.

George has been playing guitar and bass since 1994, teaching since 1999. He has been playing the drums and piano since 2000 and has been teaching since 2005. He is a graduate of the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston. He also has a Masters in Music from the illustrious Duquesne University. He has played and recorded on numerous recording sessions, has played and recorded internationally and maintains a steady pulse in the local music scene. George is also a professional recording engineer, so while not in a lesson he is usually recording, editing or mixing for other clients.

Originally from Mexico City, Mexico. Guitarist Guillermo O. start playing guitar at the age of nine. By age 15 he was performing punk and rock music. At age 17 he was accepted to the "Escuela Nacional De Musica" (UNAM) where he studied classical guitar. He has performed with famous comedian Eugenio Dervez in the biggest Stadium in Mexico. Guillermo also composed the music for several documentaries, and short movies. In 2003 he attended Berklee College of Music and graduated with a degree in Jazz Composition and Performance. Guillermo also composed the music for the original musical play "Beyond the Journey" . It was performed as a stage reading on 42nd Street in New York, NY in 2010. Guillermo has been working as a music teacher since 2005. He teaches private instruction and group and ensemble lessons as well as composition, harmony, sight reading and music theory.

While at the New England Conservatory, Vivek studied with both classical and jazz instructors, including former principal trumpet of the BSO, Charlie Schlueter, legendary jazz saxophonist Jerry Bergonzi, and master drummer Bob "Rakalam" Moses. This education prepared Vivek for several professional engagements, including recording and performing with 10-time GRAMMY winner Paquito D'Rivera, the DAX Bullfighting Festival (France), the International New Year's Festival (Taiwan), backing American Idol finalist John Stevens with the Beantown Swing Orchestra, performing at the International Trademark Convention, performing at the Caribbean Jazz Festival, entertaining the heads of Kodak Corporation, and many more.

From Bowling Green, OH to Peru, South America to Boston, MA I have always found the joy and fun in making music. I'm a highly trained violinist who graduated from the Boston Conservatory in December, and since then I've been actively working as a gigging musician in Boston's live music scene.

Music is my way of sharing joy and fun with the people in my community, and I feel that it's the best lifestyle I could possibly have. My students help make that community even better and stronger. Music not only gives them a healthy group to belong to but a creative space to be themselves.

I've set up a student orchestra in Tacna, Peru, played in jazz bands and combos, made music for tango dancers, and performed in countless orchestras and small ensembles. I have taught to all age groups and, after graduating with my master's degree in music performance and education, I feel that I'm ready for any teaching situation!

I was born in the capital of Bulgaria, Sofia. Since I started playing violin at the age of 6, my journey in the world of music brought me to different places and I had the chance to study with wonderful teachers. I have a Master Degree in Violin Performance form Boston University, where I studied with Professor Yuri Mazurkevich.
