About Me

Hi, my name is Kelly (or Miss G. as my students call me) and I've been teaching all sorts of lessons in and out of the classroom for the past almost 15 years. I'm a jack-of-all-trades when it comes right down to it, with experience that ranges widely from teaching horseback riding, knitting, beekeeping, and gardening all the way up through being a high school and middle school teacher who has taught English and Earth Science. I love learning and so am always picking up new skills that I'd love to share with you or your child!

PS - I am annually background checked by the school district I teach in as well as by the Girl Scouts and Teach for America, so although I do not have the background check seal on my profile, I can provide proof that I'm thoroughly background checked.
