My name is Mike and I operate out of the Dayton, OH area. I have 11 years experience teaching music in public schools and would love to have you study with me. I am a percussionist by nature, and that's where my expertise lies, but I am able to help out beginning to intermediate guitarists and pianists. I believe strongly in crafting well-rounded students and would love to have the opportunity to work with you.

I've been teaching awhile now and all my students are growing in the music world. Students enjoy my versatility of different instruments. I attended Stivers School for the Arts at early age and they really open the doors for me to enjoy music to the fullest. It encouraged me to continue and further education at Wright Sate University. Nowadays I'm still performing and those experiences helps with the lessons.

Renee has a Bachelor degree from the University of Dayton in music education with an emphasis on piano, voice and music theory. She has been teaching children from age five to adult for over 12 years. In 1995 I taught children from Kindergarten to 4th grade Music at Liberty Christain Cathedral. In 2000 she worked at The Dayton Academy teaching music classes to elementary school children. In 2006 she taught voice to a school choir at Nehemiah University. In 2007 she successfully taught voice and performance to a Senior Choir at Wesley Community Center. The Senior Choir had many Choir performances. Also in 2007,she taught voice lessons and keyboard lessons to a youth choir at Maranatha Worship Center for seven years. she conducted a Black History choir and several Christmas Plays. She has successfully taught students in the past who have become music teachers and music directors in a church or school setting. She has taught students from various backgrounds. Music is my passion because it is international communication. It ministers to my soul and spirit.

Hello. I have been teaching music since the age of fifteen. I would teach note value, rhythm, counting, and different sound techniques on the clarinet. All through high school, I was section leader in band, orchestra, and other organizations outside of Dayton, Ohio. I developed a sense of compassion, patience, and drive. In college I taught beginner- advance clarinet lessons and beginner piano lessons. I believe that God has given me a gift of teaching and I want to share it with others. I have my high school diploma from Stivers School for the Arts in Dayton, Ohio. I received my Bachelors degree from Bowling Green State University (BGSU) in Music Performance (Clarinet), in Bowling Green, Ohio. I also received my minor in telecommunications.
