R. Jordan Greenhall was a co-founder of DivX, inc (Nasdaq: DIVX) and served as the Company's CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors from August 2000 to December 2007. Mr. Greenhall was responsible for DivX's corporate strategy and overall strategic direction.
From January 1999 to June 1999, Mr. Greenhall was Vice President at MP3.com, a digital media company, where he was responsible for developing and implementing the company's business and content development model.
From July 1999 to January 2000, Mr. Greenhall served as a Strategic Consultant with INTERVU, a premier streaming media services provider.
Mr. Greenhall received a J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School and a B.A., summa cum laude, from Texas A&M University.

Josh Berman is a co-founder and was the chief operating officer of MySpace.com, the leading online lifestyle portal. MySpace has created a new platform for a generation to communicate and discover culture based around the self expression and connectivity of the site’s 120 million active users.
Berman formerly co-founded and managed successful Internet companies, ResponseBase Marketing, and Xdrive Technologies. Prior to his start up life, Berman was a management consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, and an international marketing manager and a senior financial analyst at Twentieth Century Fox.

Tom Siegel, a Managing Director and co-founder of Shepherd Ventures, has over 25 years experience in venture capital, entrepreneurial ventures and management consulting. Earlier in his career, Tom was a Management Consultant with, and a member of the M&A Group of KPMG Peat Marwick.
Tom received a BA in Economics and an MBA from the University of Illinois. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and also holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He is a member of the CFA Institute and is a past Chairman and President of the CFA Society of San Diego.
