Hello! My name is Tayler and I am a professional singer/actor/dancer. I graduated from USC's School of Theatre with a bachelor's degree in Theatre with an emphasis in musial theatre. I have been trained in bell canto opera as a singer for over ten years, have danced in and choreographed over 50 musicals, and have been acting in musicals and plays for 14 years. As a student over the years, I have so loved learning and discovering my crafts! As a teacher, it is my desire to take what I have learned and to instill the same knowledge and passions of this wonderful industry into the students that I teach. My belief is that learning the core of all these trades can train you to do any style, and I believe my training will do exactly that. I grew up in Colorado and got my Bachelor of Arts degree from CU. My main focus of studies was theatre arts, including acting classes, dance, musical theatre, voice, and music theory. I've been playing the piano since I was 8 and singing just as long. i spent years in LA, Las Vegas, Nashville and Austin "honing" my craft: singing with bands, songwriting, and doing musicals. I have also in the past few years learned to play the guitar and refreshed my piano skills (after a few years off). My proudest accomplishment now are my 2 CDs of all original music, both released in the last few years :) I am eager to teach all I've learned in the past to new students!

I'm a small town, Wyoming native and ventured to Boston, MA, where I received my bachelor of Fine Arts at the world renown Berklee College of Music. At Berklee, I studied vocal performance, songwriting and music business and became one of the premier vocalists on campus, regularly singing in the prestigious "Singer's Showcase" each year. Quickly after graduating, I was able to tour the United States and Canada in the national touring company of the Broadway smash musical, RENT. Since re-locating to the Southern California area, I've been sharing what I've learned during my career with students, performing in numerous musicals, venues and vocal groups, as well as honing my craft as a singer/songwriter. Then I did receive a recording contract with 3 CDs out with the GEFFEN label and then I became a HAS BEEN that never really was;-) I wish I had someone like me- teaching the stage presence, how to hold a microphone!, how to confidence with my singing and playing EVERY day and build on it. I have my BA in Musical Theatre from California State University Chico and I studied at the prestigious Gaiety School of Acting in Dublin, Ireland. I've also attended Chadwick School, Idyllwild Arts, Oklahoma City University, and CSU Summer Arts in Fresno. I have been performing ever since I started at the age of eight. I've performed from LA to Northern CA, Fresno to Oklahoma, Idyllwild to Dublin and now I would love to share what I've learned in 15 years with you.
