*** Lesson Details ***
Students in vocal class will learn proper vocal techniques. The basic technique she will use with students is the Powell Method. The singer will learn vocal versatility: combination of three singing techniques, they will learn to apply them to any genre of music. This form of training will allow the student to sing pop, country, jazz, musical theatre, rock, R&B, hip-hop and gospel. The results of these techniques had created an amazing out come to my students. Student will learn musicianship:reading music with the aid of electronic keyboards, sight-reading, poetry with writing of song lyrics, energy, open mind, time and patience, apply imagination to words, breathing techniques, call and response, melody, notation, pitch rhythm, and beats of whole, half, quarter, and eighth notes. The out come of all this training is the student will use creativeness, enjoyment, encouragment and a fun musical atmosphere and skills that will last a life time.

About Me

I am an accomplished musician and artist with an uncanny ability to understand what children need and empathize with them. I have been learning music since age of 6. I have been taught piano, its techniques, and style, as well as music history from wonderful and talented musicians from all over Europe. I graduated from Art School in Poland. I have been performing in many European countries like Poland or Germany since I was 10.

I have been teaching piano for the past 6 years. I have also been working as a art teacher and a nanny which definitely helped me to understand kids and their needs to become a successful piano instructor. I myself was taught from private instructions for years and that allows me to relate to my students more and know that encouragement to regular practice on a consistent schedule as well as picking the right program for every single one of my students are the two main keys to success.

I always guide my instructions accordingly to my studentsneeds to keep the lessons engaging and fun. I try to get to know my students as well as possible so I can pick them the right pieces to play. For beginning students I typically use Nancy and Randall Faber's PreTime Piano, however I also put my personal touch in every students program depending on their skill level, age and interests. I always pick pieces that I am sure my students will enjoy learning but also have them gain a new important skill. I also supply visual help such as stickers and drawings to ensure understanding of a subject.

My goal is to provide the environment, resources, and suitable instruction for my students to get the most out of learning piano. I have a wide range of techniques to make the process of discovering a new instrument easier and more fun for my students. Having worked as both a nanny and a piano teacher for many years, I bring to the table a breadth of experience, versatility, and insight.
