About Me
I started playing the guitar in high school just learning chords on a borrowed guitar. In college I started playing open mics and getting gigs at coffeeshops and small clubs. After graduating I made my living playing restaurants and bars in Branson, Missouri and then Boulder, Colorado. After a few years honing my craft I moved to Austin, Texas to record my first record, "Friends like these", released in 2000. I got quite a bit of attention for an indie record, as Dick Clark Promotions chose me as one of the top 50 unsigned bands of 2000, and the College Music Journal invited me to play the 2001 CMJ New Music Festival in NYC. I toured for a few years doing mostly solo shows in small clubs around the country and in 2005 started work on my second record, "October Sky". After the birth of my daughter in 2006 I stopped touring and started taking guitar and songwriting students. I have been teaching for 6 years.

About Me
I have studied Classical Piano Performance at the University of New Mexico for the last 5 years, and am still having a blast. Since I began my studies with world renowned composer, pianist and pedagog Dr. Falko Steinbach at UNM, I have completed over 20 performances of a wide variety of piano literature. I am very lucky to find myself in a rich environment of pianists and musicians at the university and I like to share my experiences with them through my teaching.

About Me
I have a passion for music and I would love to introduce you to this world.
I have been playing guitar for over 15 years and teaching music for more over 4 years. I have studied a wide range of musical styles (classical training from Oakland University and private tutelage in everything from Rock to Blues, Jazz and Flamenco) and I can pass that knowledge on to you.
My home studio is well equipped with all the tools we will need to teach you the skills to be a great musician. Or, if you prefer, I can come to you and give lessons in the comfort of your own home.
I have been playing the piano for 23 years, studying with incredibly giving and talented teachers. I have participated in numerous competitions, performed in group and solo recitals. One of my favorite musical experiences was performing a piano concerto with a local symphony. I primarily study and play classical music. I also have a strong background in musical theory. Playing and listening to music connects us to the creativity within each of us. For me, it is privilege to watch students mature, improve, struggle, triumph, and delight. I am excited to work with students of any age or level of experience.

Sally G,
Sally G's Review
Meghan is a fantastic piano teacher! My 12-year old has learned so much, loves to practice, and loves her lessons (even when learning something new and difficult). Meghan is patient, relaxed, talented and a great fit for my daughter.

About Me
I started learning piano by the age of 4. Started composition by the age of 5. At the age of 12, I started guitar and never turned back. Music was always the ULTIMATE escape. To me there's nothing that compares to the feeling I get after completing a song, or the rush of a good performance. I decided that I'd rather do nothing else in life but music. After high school I went to the famed Musicians Institute in Hollywood, CA., where I was taught by the most amazing musicians I've ever known. Some of the teachers who influenced me were Dan Gilbert from the Guitar World magazine, and David Oakes who trained with Andre Segovia (famed classical guitarist). My influences are a wide range. I love any music with shred guitar. Anything virtuosic is what I love. I enjoy playing everything from Latin, classical, blues, all the way to heavy metal. I have a lot of on stage experience that has served me well, and my mission is to give back the inspiration that has been my love for music.

Jennifer C,
Very Satisfied!
Brandon has only been working with my son for a couple of months, but so far we are very pleased. He is very knowledgeable about the guitar, and has a great mannor with our son. He adjusts his lessons each week to match our son's skill level and continues to challenge him while also encouraging him. Thank you, Brandon for your committment to teaching guitar!
