I currently teach vocal music at Jennings Sr. High School. Along with choir preparation, I take pride in helping groom the students' individual voices for the specific, desirable style, whether R&B, opera, gospel, or musical theater.
I believe in style modification for vocal development.

I have been a teacher in private practice for 20 years. I have a wide range of experience with singers of all styles and age groups with a variety of goals and skills. I sang with a professional jazz octet for a number of years while maintaining my practice, have taught various master classes, musically directed various musicals, have sung background vocals and played piano on various recordings. I studied vocal and piano performance at Murray State University and studied privately through my adult singing and teaching career.
