Sharon knew at a very young age that the arts were her life and doesn't remember a time when she wasn't singing, dancing and acting. She began her professional career at the age of seven years old and has performed at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center and numerous New York nightclubs. Her love of music extended to playing the piano and she is a versatile musician with a strong foundation in the classical method that really rocks!!
Sharon grew up in Brooklyn, NY and has trained with some of New York City's premier voice, acting and music teachers. She just recently moved to the Boston area.

I am a seven year veteran private teacher. I have taught lessons in Voice, Piano, Flute, Clarinet, saxophone and beginner trumpet. I am new to the Boston area and I’m eager to teach! I have a Bachelor in Music Education from Five Towns College in New York.
I’m an easy going teacher; I like to focus on the students’ progress without putting pressure on them. I have various methods I like to use with different instruments but I also like to take into account on what the student’s ability is and what the student prefers as a choice of music. Students will benefit from my method of teaching while having fun as well.

I have taught piano and voice most of my adult life. Early on I learned the need to adapt my teaching style to the uniqueness of each student, especially those whose perceptions differ widely from the general populace. I have a Masters of Music from New England Conservatory in Jazz Piano and am comfortable and fluent in a number of musical styles, including pop, rock, gospel, traditional hymnody, jazz, and R&B. Although I love and study classical music, it is not something I teach at this point.

George has been playing guitar and bass since 1994, teaching since 1999. He has been playing the drums and piano since 2000 and has been teaching since 2005. He is a graduate of the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston. He also has a Masters in Music from the illustrious Duquesne University. He has played and recorded on numerous recording sessions, has played and recorded internationally and maintains a steady pulse in the local music scene. George is also a professional recording engineer, so while not in a lesson he is usually recording, editing or mixing for other clients.

Though he is only 24, Bob J has been playing drums professionally for close to a decade. He has a B.M. from the New England Conservatory and a M.M. from McGill University in jazz performance. Valued for his versatility and strong sense of groove, he is quickly becoming one of the most in-demand sideman in the greater Boston area. His growing reputation in the Northeast has lead to performances with jazz legends such as Lee Kontiz and Dave Holland, as well as an international tour with a big band featuring George Garzone and Lenny Pickett. He also has a strong connection with the piano and writes music for various musical projects. He is currently a member of the house band at the Art Bar in Cambridge and leads his own group in NYC, Boston, and Montreal.

A student of Yumi Hwang-Williams, Sally O'Reilly, Joey Corpus, and Mark Lakirovich, Rachel holds a Diploma in violin from Denver School of the Arts, and was most recently a student at Longy School of Music in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She has played under the direction of noted conductors David Zinman, Julius Rudel, and Michael Stern at the Aspen Music Festival, James DePriest at the Las Vegas Music Festival, and, most recently, Benjamin Zander of the Boston Philharmonic. She has performed by invitation at Music on the Rhine in Dusseldorf, Germany, Aspen Music Festival, Las Vegas Music Festival, and on tour with members of the Minnesota Orchestra and St. Paul Chamber Orchestra.

Danilo is a multi-instrumentalist originally from Long Island, New York and currently based out of Boston. He has been involved in many successful projects along the east coast. Danilo is a current member of Full Tang and Debo Band. He has also been a member of internationally acclaimed Afrobeat group The Superpowers and had toured extensively playing percussion with indie-rock band Rubblebucket.

Danilo has studied classical trumpet performance at the New England Conservatory of Music with members of the Boston Symphony Orchestra as well as percussion and drums with other esteemed faculty members (Rakalam Bob Moses, Jamey Haddad). In addition to his conservatory training, Danilo has studied traditional West African drumming at the Dagbe Cultural Center in Kopeyia, Ghana.

I've been playing the guitar for twenty-six years now, and I've been working as a guitar teacher for the last twenty years. I've been making a living as a guitar teacher in the Boston area for fourteen years now, and I teach in two locations - Brighton and Dedham. Prior to that I also taught at Guitar Attention Center in Springfield, Ohio while I was in college, where I graduated with honors at Wright State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications.
I've also played in a variety of original and cover bands, and have written a number of songs of my own. I'm working on recording these as instrumentals in my home studio.
I also play in a rock cover band called Element 78. We play out every weekend, and even on some Sundays. The singer and I have also started doing some acoustic shows on Sundays and Thursdays as well.

While at the New England Conservatory, Vivek studied with both classical and jazz instructors, including former principal trumpet of the BSO, Charlie Schlueter, legendary jazz saxophonist Jerry Bergonzi, and master drummer Bob "Rakalam" Moses. This education prepared Vivek for several professional engagements, including recording and performing with 10-time GRAMMY winner Paquito D'Rivera, the DAX Bullfighting Festival (France), the International New Year's Festival (Taiwan), backing American Idol finalist John Stevens with the Beantown Swing Orchestra, performing at the International Trademark Convention, performing at the Caribbean Jazz Festival, entertaining the heads of Kodak Corporation, and many more.

I was born in the capital of Bulgaria, Sofia. Since I started playing violin at the age of 6, my journey in the world of music brought me to different places and I had the chance to study with wonderful teachers. I have a Master Degree in Violin Performance form Boston University, where I studied with Professor Yuri Mazurkevich. I am currently actively performing as an orchestra member with various orchestras in New England, such as Nashua Symphony Orchestra, Atlantic Symphony Orchestra, New Bedford Symphony Orchestra. Kat is an enthusiastic and patient contemporary string player specializing in teaching violin and viola. Growing up she played violin and viola in school and community orchestras, as well as bass in jazz bands and small ensembles. She is a graduate of Berklee College of Music, where she studied viola/violin with Mimi Rabson, who is leader of the Really Electric String Quartet and has toured with Itzhak Perlman on his klezmer project, and Melissa Howe of the Boston Symphony Orchestra. At Berklee, Kat majored in Film Scoring (writing music for film and TV), so she is accomplished in composition as well as performance. She has performed onstage with music greats from all over the world including: Brazilian singer Rosa Passos, Cuban bassist Cachao, alternative rock singer Paul Cole, and Christopher Guest from "This is Spinal Tap."
