If I could earn a living doing what I love the most it would be an ER Nurse. I am currently in the process of becoming a ER nurse and hopefully with this scholarship my dream will come to fruition. This will change the world tremendously.
I am a Paramedic in the county of Los Angeles as well as a full time nursing student. I love helping people in need. I especially enjoy providing life saving procedures and assistance. There is nothing more rewarding then having the abilities/knowledge to save a person’s life. I plan on working in the E.R. as a nurse and progressing as a supervisor. Hopefully one day I would like to work for the local Fire department Emergency Medical Services as a Nurse. By working with the local fire department I will provide updated quality procedures and will review and revise protocols, millions will be affected and many lives will further be saved.
By doing all of the above I will change many things, millions of people in Los Angeles will receive better emergency care. Updated information on the latest treatments and technologies will be put forth in use at the local Paramedic stations. Citizens of Los Angeles County will be treated with the best care written by a disciplined, dedicated Nurse, me.
