In my opinion you should always do what you love because that is how you will find happiness. I love art and I also love teaching and that is why I am pursuing a college education in art and education. I want to dedicate my life to teaching young minds the beauty and freedom of expression through art. I want to teach kids to be creative and to open themselves to a world where they can create anything with their hands and minds. Children are the most imaginative and enthusiastic about art and they are very eager to learn. Becoming an art teacher will allow me to help children grow and learn to love art. The arts are dying out and they are very important so being an art teacher means that art will continue existing longer. I will have the ability to show children how important and amazing art can be, I will be able to show them that it is much more than a visual response, art creates an emotional response. To be able to reach my goals I need to attend college for 4 years and then go on to get my master’s in education. To do that I will need to work hard and to be focused on my work but I will also need to enjoy my time.
