If I could earn a living doing what I love most, it would be to give teens who want to convey themselves through art a safe place to go and freely express themselves, without going against the law to do so. Not only would I give these teens a place to release their creativity, but also teach them the business aspect of selling their art if they wish to do so. Today I see so many young people losing a sense of artistic thinking and visualization. I want to bring creativity back to the youth to influence a brighter, diverse more open minded future. By setting up a safe place for those who use the streets and freeways as canvases, allows them to stay out of trouble but still have a big enough space to let out their inner thoughts with art supplies. Reducing the crime rate and the cost to cover up the paint on the streets will help to save money and lives. To do this I need to first become a person that teens can educationally look up to. My goals to pursue this dream are to get my BA in business management and entrepreneurship, as well as be involved with art any chance I get. My after college goals are to find a space for those teens to come in and relax while creating masterpieces that they can then take home or sell. Doing this will also create new friendships while inspiring others in the community.
