I’d love to make a living off of training and educating others on fitness and health because it’s my passion in life. As I have applied everything I know to myself, my body represents my years of hard work and the results of a healthy lifestyle. What really concerns me as I dive deeper into my passion of health and fitness is the growing epidemic of childhood obesity. Obesity in all ages is also a problem, but the shocking statistics for children needs to be addressed more seriously and dealt with. In Arizona where I live, 20% of the children are obese, and that’s hire than the national average! In the near future America is also predicted to have an obese population of 50%. I take this very personally because I use to be obese myself, and I know how hard it is to be overweight and to lose the pounds. My plan on eradicating obesity is a very direct one. I must learn all I can in college and be equipped with the most up to date science on how to detoxify the body and become healthier. I plan on opening my own gym where I encourage all members to live healthy! And with my income I will start a charity and have fun fundraisers for the children to get out and be active, and engage them in sports; thus, improving my community and start a world movement through social media to put an end to obesity.
