I have worked in the customer service industry since I was 14. Throughout the years, I have learned what it takes to be a successful business. I have seen first hand that success comes from the customer service that is given. I have a passion to teach the importance of treating customers right and to show businesses how both parties can succeed.
I believe that with the right mindset, the customer service that a business offers can change the profits for the better. I want to train customer service representatives the importance of the customer. Letting the customers know that they are the number one priority shows the customer the respect a company has for their business. Focusing on customer satisfaction can change the way businesses market their products. Southwest airlines, for example, markets their product to the consumers who want to be treated right. Southwest airlines is known for their exceptional customer service which is one of the reasons consumers are so willing to pay for their product. My goal is to transform businesses by reevaluating their customer service and implementing a plan that can change the way companies view their customers.
