My dream job would be that of a dietician and I would use that craft to the fullest by owning and operating a food truck. I absolutely love to cook and my specialty is healthy and delicious food that incorporates vegetables, fruits and whole grains. I would show the part of the world that I am able to touch a delicious way to eat healthfully. I would offer food that tantalizes taste buds and causes the multitudes to desire more. A tantalizing menu that offers consistently nutritious food choices and is readily available is something that all demographic could benefit from.
By day I would perform on a regular basis by making daily stops throughout Southern California to offer an extraordinary and wholesome lunch menu. By night I would focus on visiting local parks where parents have taken their children for soccer, tennis, baseball, softball, and football practice. As a working mom late dinners that need to be quick and healthy are always a challenge. On holidays I would make it a point to visit less fortunate areas. I would provide to those in need a meal made with love that would deeply comfort their souls and fill their stomachs. My heart aches for individuals and families that are unable to eat regular meals let alone healthful ones. This dream job would be a labor of love that would change people’s days one at a time.
