Changing the World One Passion at a Time

I am an artist at heart. I live to DIY, upcycle, cook, paint, write, craft, and anything else that can fulfill an artist heart. My even bigger and growing passion is also for going green and preserving resources that we are blessed with every day. One of my biggest passions is serving; I love to give and love to serve. One of the best ways I have found to fulfill this passion is through food and hospitality. The best examples are those that take initiative. The world could use more hospitality; and it doesn’t cost any money to give it.

For years I have desired to open up a restaurant of my own as a family business and to leave to my children. This restaurant will not only serve patrons making purchases but will most importantly serve the community. I am making a conscious choice to find a fixer upper and install it with 100% recycled material and using my artistic abilities doing what I love to do to create it. As a society, we tend to waste a large amount of our resources that can be recycled and do not conserve our energy nearly as much as we can. The waste from my restaurant will all be recycled as much as possible to conserve raw material. This will continue to reduce the need to consume and produce new resources and also continue to protect our habitats for our future.
