If I could earn a living doing what I love I would be a nurse. Being a nurse will change the world by helping people live better. I believe that with the baby-boomers generation aging, nurses will be in a position to make a large impact on the world in a positive way. In 2010 I graduated with my Bachelors degree in Kinesiology. I was 23 and was not sure where to go. I started working in a group home with disabled adults which is where I found my true passion for nursing. I believe that by helping others and by educating people on how to live a healthier lifestyle will change the world by lowering health risks such as cancer. I am currently enrolled to start an accelerated nursing program which I will graduate with a Bachelors degree in Nursing. I plan to work as a nurse while I continue school to become a Nurse Practitioner. As a Nurse Practitioner my goal is to work in Women’s Health and to educate women on lifestyle choices.
