Music is part of my existence. It fills me with love and shares the emotions from within to the outside world. My goal and aspiration in this life is to spread joy through vocal performance.
Songs give people a sense of emotional comfort: whether it be listening to the blues after a heartbreak or humming a happy tune on a hot summers day. My job as a vocal performer would be to give listeners all across the globe a chance to be consoled through soothing rhythms and tones. However, there are several steps to be made before I am ready to be on the grand stages of life. First, I must be trained: just like an athlete before he makes it to the NFL. Attending college and receiving my degree will open the floodgates of opportunity before me as a performer. Second, I will work hard as I audition for roles and teach others who aspire to similar goals. After landing a role, I will continue to audition, perform and give my all to spread joy to the world by song.
As the major performers of the world know, it is not about the applause or reviews. The job as a singer to to give audiences a chance to be touched by raw emotion and power. That is why I love singing; that is why I strive to live my dream.
