The main objective in life is to be happy. To make me happy would be to create delicious food that will be given to those who are hungry and in dire need of something full of umami, local, and fresh. I am currently going to school at the Santa Rosa Junior College where my major is in Culinary Arts. I am learning and mastering my craft at creating distinctive flavor profiles in all of my foods ranging from savory and sweet delights.
I plan on getting my degree and all of the certificates offered at the school in order to be good at my craft and be able to bring the best to the people in my community. I want to invest in a store and turn it into an affordable eatery that features local produce, local brew and/or wine, and also help provide people from the area with a chance of employment.
I have sacrificed a lot to make this dream a reality, and I have been very good at my craft thus far in order to bring my friends delicious products. I am passionate about everything in my life, and cooking is something that I love and want to share with everyone. I want to be known not for my past accomplishments, but for my consistently, savory product that I produce with love in each bite.
