If I could earn a living doing what I love most it would be art. While art is fun, it is also a really important factor in society. Art is almost in everything, from the box designs created by cereal companies to the packaging of an iPhone. Most people view art as being a career that isn’t realistic nor with much income. Another view is that art is a career were one gains recognition after the artist is deceased. My first big goal would be to travel and speak to different people who like me, do art as a hobby but would rather do it as an actual career. I’d speak to them about making their designs, doodles, etc. a reality instead of a daydream on a piece of paper or a corner of a napkin. My second biggest goal would be to emphasize the lack of individuals with original ideas, creativity, and imagination. I’d help those who actually do have all those components to come outside their comfort zone or box and use their skills to make art that makes them happy so that future generations can do the same thing. The whole point of communicating with all artists like me, is to make a higher percentage of artists appear and build a community for networking and making it globally known that we exist and we’re here to make a living. We all have this raw talent that is waiting to be discovered and recognized as who we are.
